What promo did you get?I recently received a free upgrade for paying off half the iPhone 15 pro max (I received launch day last year) so I went on Xfinity website and applied the upgrade to the 16 pro max White titanium at 512Gb this morning at opening. I was constantly running out of space with the 256. I applied the upgrade online, and got confirmation it’s been placed but they needed me to verify info. I called them to speed the process up. Everything was ordered and verified in 25-30 minutes 7 o’clock CT. On track to receive 20th! Good luck guys! She told me I’d receive the phone in 1-2 business days but I think she misspoke. No way I’d get it that fast. If I do, I’ll report back. 😄
Im not sure what you mean by "promo"? The 15 pro max I had was eligible for a free upgrade, once I receive new phone I'll wipe the old and send it back. I just had to pay taxes today. I have two phones on my bill and I added my own old paid off 12 pro for work and just noticed that that is available for an upgrade as well. But Id rather my personal be the better phone!What promo did you get?

They said it will ship to her house on launch day, but was hoping that it would actually be delivered on 9/20. Given the regular 16s and 16 Pluses will likely be in plentiful supply, how likely do you think she will get her phone delivered on 9/20, based on prior launches? Thank you.

my FedEx app just sent me this notification. It has to be the phone, I can’t see any other sender wanting a delivery being set for a specific date. It hasn’t updated to show the tracking number on the XM site though.My 12 Pro Max, 13 Pro Max, 14 Pro Max, and 15 Pro Max all arrived via FedEx 2-day shipping on launch day.
I just looked at my emails from last year. I ordered on 9/17/23. I got an email from XM on 9/21/23 that the 15 Pro Max shipped and was on its way, and it was delivered on 9/22/23 (launch day).
I have a feeling you'll get it on 9/20.
