Last year I did an early upgrade of my 14Pro for a 15Pro and rec’d the $800 in credits over 24 mos. Not this year. XM only willing to give me $505 trade for my 15Pro. NO THANKS! I’ve been an XM customer since it launched it’s MVNO but it’s never lived up to expectations (back office and customer service stinks)
I agree, XM doesn't even allow you to call a physical store. Only the salespeople at a physical store can call another store to check inventory for you and I've had other salespeople who say they can't even call other stores. When I traded in my XS Max for the 11 Pro Max at a store, I asked for the number in case I had any questions. I couldn't believe I was told they're not allowed to give the number out.
Even the salespeople I've spoken to think it's strange they can't disclose their number. I haven't been in one since the 12 Pro Max was released, hopefully, it's gotten better. Online support is an exercise in futility more often than not.
XM used to give the best deals, especially for current customers. It was the main reason I switched from Verizon and recommended the service. I'm glad all of you are seeing movement and if you're not, you still have time and then it moves VERY fast.
