Whoever that was is unfortunately wrong. People WILL be getting them on the 20th. (again, it depends on what model was popular and when you ordered). It’s obvious they are moving and getting shipped.
I would not be surprised of the xfinity rep’s lack of knowledge. Hopefully, my tracking number is just lagging.

Edit: I spoke to another rep who told me my delivery date is 9/20 by 1:30 p.m. yay

She said that iPhones will not start getting delivered until 9/21, but not sure if I believe her since folks have delivery dates. Just wanted to share what I gathered. May try to chat with a different one later to see what they say.
This is normal crap the agents push every year. They're literally useless and spread inaccurate info all the time. Go to your Xfinity Mobile account, get the order number, then go to FedEx tracking and Search by Reference pasting your order number in as the reference. You also need to fill in your country and your zip code and track. I've not received any emails/other notifications from Xfinity at all, but FedEx has been showing it has my order for the last 2 days and will be delivered tomorrow on launch day.

Unfortunately, my tracking number has been stuck at “label created” since 9/16. Hopefully, it’s just a glitch.
 
I upgraded a line to the 16PM 1tb natural titanium on 9/17 at like 7:30 am. Xfinity’s website said 9/20 delivery date.

I got an email to verify my ID right after I submitted my order, which I sent in immediately, and now I’m just stuck waiting.

No updates from Xfinity or FedEx. No life at all in my order. Gotta say I’m pretty worried 😬
So I got fed up and called Xfinity. No one could figure out what was going on and why my order was just sitting there and after 53 minutes with them I had to cancel my pre order and re order it.

Now it says delivery by 9/24 🫤 (the last order just said Not Yet Shipped) still waiting for the confirmation of the order though

I wouldn’t have cancelled it. I would have kept it. Now I’m wondering you lost your spot. Hope it doesn’t push you further out…

I didn’t want to cancel but they didn’t listen at all and just did it. That’s part of what took almost an hour on the phone

That’s crazy they canceled it when you said no. If you tried buying the iPhone right now with your specs from the Apple Store, it shows you’ll get it sometime October 11-18th. That’s ordering directly from Apple. The 24th still isn’t bad if you had to wait… What I’m getting at is this… Hopefully it’s close enough in route (if it was moving and not showing any updates) and hopefully it stays on delivery for the 20th with your new order instead of the 24th. If the XFINITY website told you 20th delivery, that would have been enough for me to consider not canceling (not you, them) since they cancelled it.

Last year I did an early upgrade of my 14Pro for a 15Pro and rec’d the $800 in credits over 24 mos. Not this year. XM only willing to give me $505 trade for my 15Pro. NO THANKS! I’ve been an XM customer since it launched it’s MVNO but it’s never lived up to expectations (back office and customer service stinks)
I agree, XM doesn't even allow you to call a physical store. Only the salespeople at a physical store can call another store to check inventory for you and I've had other salespeople who say they can't even call other stores. When I traded in my XS Max for the 11 Pro Max at a store, I asked for the number in case I had any questions. I couldn't believe I was told they're not allowed to give the number out.

Even the salespeople I've spoken to think it's strange they can't disclose their number. I haven't been in one since the 12 Pro Max was released, hopefully, it's gotten better. Online support is an exercise in futility more often than not.

XM used to give the best deals, especially for current customers. It was the main reason I switched from Verizon and recommended the service. I'm glad all of you are seeing movement and if you're not, you still have time and then it moves VERY fast.

Last year a rep canceled a Natural Titanium 15 Pro Max after telling me I qualified for some deal. I asked if she was sure and that I didn't want to lose my order, and she reassured me that I'm a, "very valuable customer and there would be no issues." She was wrong. She tried to uncancel it but couldn't and by that time Natural Titanium had more than a month's ship date.

My order is with FedEx and it says it will be delivered tomorrow! Fingers crossed it gets from Nashville to Houston overnight! If not, will they deliver on a Saturday or will I have to wait until Monday... does anyone know?

Backstory... I canceled my original order (placed on 17th) for the Black Titanium Pro Max and replaced my order yesterday (the 18th) since I didn't see the $200 discount for rewards members. I asked the CS Rep to just send me whatever color would get here the fastest and that's when she said that the Natural Titanium would be to me by Friday! I was so surprised since my original order wouldn't be here until 10/01. Here's to hoping I get happy mail tomorrow!

Yes! I have clients tomorrow afternoon, so I'm hoping it comes at the estimated time (9a-1p)! If not, I'm making my hubs come home since I can't be here 😎

My iPhone 16 Plus was trucked from Nashville to Indianapolis this morning, then just flew to Newark, NJ before making its way on a truck to the Philly area for delivery tomorrow.

A) Always for me!!! So easy setting iCloud backup on new iPhones. The night before I go thru and make sure everything is reorganized and then back it up for the big day.
