They've passed their first window, but I will try to hold out hope. Fedex.com shows before 5; the app shows before 7. Here's to hoping they meet both windows! No movement is showing.
Mine state the same info no matter where you look at the shipping status.

I just checked my order last year and it was at my door around 3:00. FedEx delivery manager confirmed at 3:30 and Xfinity confirmed delivery at 5:15. You would think that their information wouldn’t differ that much. But I guess it does.
I just checked my 15 Pro Max order from last year and XM confirmed delivery at 5:20.

Same as everyone else! It said out for delivery 9am-11am, then it went to 1:00, then to 8:00 and now it just says out for delivery today with no time. My map was showing the GPS location, but then that disappeared. They were literally 4 streets over and now nothing! UGH! Hoping we all get our phones today!

So I guess there is a third party activation problem affecting multiple phone companies. I am now on hold trying to activate my phone. lol

Guy on the phone is telling me the person before me had the same trouble and got the same message saying that the iPhone is incompatible with Xfinity mobile. He has me on hold assuring me they can remotely activate it... YAWN

It came! I am so glad! I am having the same issues activating my phone, though. LOL! It's my only phone, so I am enjoying the quiet! 😆
You have to call them. The number is 888-936-4968. I am using my work phone or else Id be up the creek. I live alone!!! laughs nervously.

The first time it let me try to transfer over the phone number and the first try was the farthest I got in the process. It crapped out the first time and the other two tries after resetting my home wifi and restarting phones did not let me get as far as the first try. Now it completely says the phone is incompatible with provider. I told the REP that and he said that's impossible. Im like, duh, why would Xfinity advertise the phone in the first place, jokingly but serious... He keeps reassuring me it can be done. Fingers crossed.

Oh, dear. I might have to find a way to call them. I only have my one phone line. My other phone has deactivated. That's a problem.
If you connect your phone to wifi you might try downloading 3rd party calling app and call them. It sets you up with a mobile number for wifi calling.

I'm not sure if I'm having the same issue. I'm stuck on transferring my 15 Pro Max to 16 Pro Max.

15 PM gear is spinning with "Finish on New Phone" 16 PM "Finish Cellular Setup in Settings. Xfinity Mobile needs more information to finish cellular setup. Continue setting up your iPhone, then go to Cellular settings to finish adding your phone number." with spinning gear. No way to move past these screens.

I'm on with chat support 6th place in line.
