Was on chat this time on XM app for 2 hours this morning. Finally got it to work. They didn’t say why or how, but, I’ve kinda come up with my own explanation.
Since I decided to keep the 15 pro max, their system is already setup to proceed only once they receive the trade in and then once the elapsed time expires and it hasn’t received the device, it will send a payment charge by default. So by me keeping it, I cannot do anything until the computer processes that information. And since it’s already in process, I cannot make it look like I just paid off the device and upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro Max (why they can’t accept my payment right now). Being in the process that I am in, it probably would be a faster verification if I would have sent it in earlier but I wanted to first at least wait until the activation issues I was having were solved before I just yeet the 15 pro max back over to em. It’s still a great phone. I’ll keep it for the camera. The 16 pro max got even better with functioning service!!! I agree with Aimee and errbody else!
