So, what are you going on about? Just enjoy your phone and those that have the Xr will do the same! You been harping in these threads for days justifying and trying to convince yourself and others you made the right choice. We get it. LOL

This is a comparison thread (it's directly in the title), what do you expect?

Yeap and I bet we’ll see loads more of these threads too... all by people wanting to justify their phone choice. Strange.

I think it's a little presumptuous to say these threads are created solely for justification of a purchase. I've been reading it because I bought a XR and am having some serious second thoughts since getting a XS would have only increased my bill by $4 rather than dropping it by $2 per month.

The main point everybody makes is "are the differences between the two worth $250?". To that I'd likely answer no, but when the question is "are the differences worth an extra $6 per month?", the question becomes harder to answer.

Can you see the differences and are you bothered by them?

This is not necessarily a con, in fact it’s a massive, massive pro for me. The screen size is the single reason why I won’t even consider the XR, which is a shame because those colours are awesome
Same. The Xr is an absolute non-starter for me because of its size. Wouldn’t even consider it.

With the XS, you're paying $250 more for:
  • Pro: A dual lens
  • Pro: A slightly better screen
  • Con: A smaller screen
  • Con: Shorter battery life
  • Con: Fewer color options
...am I missing anything? Because I really went in not knowing what I'd end up going for, but I see very little reason to choose the XS, and I'm kinda surprised anyone else does either.
No 3D Touch which is something I use often. I hope they can mimic 3D Touch in multiple interface specifically peeking on websites. I love doing that.
