Since there's quite a bit of juggling phones here, I'm interested to know what you guys have lined up for the future. Any definites or maybes on your agenda?

Hopefully this won't turn into a mud-slinging thread...

I'm looking at:

BUYING:
6S or 6S+ - maybe.
Moto X Pure - maybe.

SELLING:
S6 - a bit bored of it.
Apple Watch SS - tired of taking it off around water and daily charging; realised I prefer a more fitness focused watch with GPS and a longer battery - even if it is less pretty with basic notifications.
iPhone 5 - showing age; slow and small; poor battery.

KEEPING:
OnePlus 2 - missed smooth Android; good VFM package.
Oppo R5s - something different; cheap backup.

Currently have the Nexus 6 and OnePlus One. The OPO is up for sale or trade, and I really like my Nexus 6 still, 9 months later, but I have the upgrade itch big time right now.

Looking at the Note 5 maybe ( Only once T-Mobile custom ROM's start coming out ) , or the Sony Z5 Premium, if the rumored 4500mAh battery is true. And also very interested in the upcoming Huawei Nexus has me really pumped, but we'll see what's it's really like ?

you're willing to flash and trip Knox? Resale will take a big hit its the reason why I don't think I want to root.

For me a rooted Note 5, I'd be willing to spend more money on. An ATT or Verizon version I would stay away from like the plague.

Tripping Knox ? Uh ok, no problem for me. Samsung pay ? I never used it before, and don't need it now. Worried about warranty ? Not one bit. Out of the 16 different smartphones I've owned over the years, never once did I bring one in for warranty, I'd just buy a new / different phone then.

It's like the iPhone, only way I ever bought one, was when knowing there was a current Jailbreak out for the version available. I JB'd my iPhone 6 Plus the second day I owned it. So buying the new iPhone 6S Plus right away, no way, I need my JB. But to be honest, I have zero desire for the 6S anyways, I just find iOS too stale and outdated. Zero customization on the iPhone, and no back button, etc...

Buying:
- iPhone 6s+ (probably...the reports of a smaller battery give me slight pause)
- new Apple TV (or 3 ;))

Selling:
No plans presently--maybe one of my Macs if the iPad Pro has enough additional functionality to warrant it.

If I do get the 6s+, my 6+ will be handed down to a family member

Keeping my eye on:
- Moto X Pure
- Sony Z5
- Moto X Force
- iPad Pro
- Blackberry Venice (yup, I'll admit it)

Updates in bold.

Buying
- OnePlus 2
- iPhone 6 Plus
Selling
-
OnePlus One. I've got a few people interested in buying it once I pick up the 2.
- Nexus 5. I don't know why I still have this thing. I haven't touched it in months.
- Lumia 635. Simply don't need it.
- iPod touch. With a 6 Plus coming, I don't need to have this iPod around.
Keeping
- Lumia 1520. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone.
- Moto 360. My watch of choice.

My plan is to have one Android phone, one Windows Phone, and one iOS phone. :)

Keeping s6 for the foreseeable future. Recently sold my iPhone 6 pre 6s launch.

Potentials purchases include:

Moto X pure
Nexus 5 2015
IPhone 6s
Note 5 (unlikely though)
Xperia z5

Tablets : still have my iPad air. No plans to change anything here.

Computers : still have two iMacs. 21" from a few years ago and a 27" from last year. No plans to change this either. Own a 13" retina mbp as well. No plans here.

That's about all she wrote. Now than happy to stay with what I have if I don't think anything is worth the upgrade.

Planning on selling my iPhone 6 and getting a 6S. Already picked up my Note 5, and planned on selling my Note 4 until my wife decided she wanted it.

I'm keeping/happy with everything. That's saying a lot for a guy that believes there should be a tech rehab. :) But...

I keep thinking my Mac is a waste for me. If i do anything 'productive' (gaming) i switch to my windows machine. I use my Mac for what an iPad (or any decent size tablet) would do.

I did post a thread on it a while back but got, "its your decision". Well obv but that's what forums are for right? Bouncing ideas.

What stops me is the thought of if i would miss it. The humble iPad has been my most bought/sold tech.

*Replaces with some other tablet, gives up on tablets for phone use, buys back iPad... on it goes.

Buying: Galaxy Note 4 or LG G3
Keeping/Selling: Nexus 5 - not sure if I want to keep or sell. I really love the design but I want a larger screen with removable battery and expandable storage. I would keep it just because it looks so slick but I probably wouldn't use it if I got the Note 4 or LG G3 so it may just be a backup phone.

I realize the LG G3 is an older phone but I really like LG phone designs except the LG G4 which was a step backwards imo. And, well, we all saw what happened with the Note 5. The old tech really isn't that bad. My nexus 5 could probably last a couple more years as I just text, check email and listen to music but the battery is eventually going to lose the capacity to hold charge and I bought the 16GB version which has me always deleting stuff so I don't run out of storage. Plus these 2 phones will be so much cheaper now that the newer versions are out.
