Timemachine menubar icon doesn't spin... I kind of like it, although now you have to check if it's working or not.

How do spaces (regular desktop spaces, not full-screen apps) behave when you drag them from one monitor to another if the two monitors are different resolutions from each other. Do the windows get resized automatically? Or does it overflow the edge of the screen if the receiving monitor is smaller/leave an unfilled space if the receiving monitor is larger?

It seems to vary from app to app. It will take some tweaking from developers to deal with the subtle changes. In Lightroom 4, for example, I had to use Mission Control to swap the app windows, quit the program, and reopen the program to get them on the right displays and the right size.

I miss it. It provided valuable feedback. :(

I hope to God that's some weird bug. But it persisted from DP1 to DP2, so I have my doubts. I'm going to be pretty ticked if this is a new feature. I'll never know when it's safe to yank my external portable HD, or whether movies I'm playing off my external drive are freaking out because a backup is occurring at the same time.

In Calendar, is it possible to add a contact to an appointment and NOT send an invitation?

At least they did make scrolling much much smoother. But now it has some lag when u switch to other email to view content of it, i hope they will fix that. :D

This doesn't work in 10.9. This is is screenshot from ML but basically it shows up and no shortcuts will work.

Well that's depressing. I'm sorry for your loss. :(

There are alignment guides in preview now. I'm pretty sure that's new.

Command, Option, Shift, Esc yields the Login screen now instead of force quitting the front most app after three seconds. Just like before, hold it for three secs for the login window to pop up.

Oh, and if you hold it for like 3 seconds excluding escape, then hitting escape after you have the three keys pressed, it will kinda change your display saturation (calibrating?) and relaunch the Dock. I'm gonna say it's probably a bug.

I guess i didn't need that command anyway since i can bring up Command, Option, Esc in such cases like a app that's full screen which won't give the Dock's contextual menu

But, now you have to select the app you want to force quit then hit enter, then close the window. So it's good i haven't been using that command for long. New way is definitely more steps, so it might not be too good a change for some, just warning yah.

Fluid nor working properly here either.

I installed firefox beta 23, and it works great. Also new icon rocks. It's flater, much better than before.

In Maps the send directions to iPhone work for me. I was one of the unlucky ones who it did not work for in DP1.

Snap same here i works really well and automatically picked up my iPhone and iPad both running iOS 7 beta 2

Just connected a second screen to my Mac Mini today (2012 Maxed Out) to find that Cloudapp, Peakhour, Dropbox and Bartender now have two icons on my main menubar and none in my second menu bar. Looks like Dual Monitors is still buggy.

Actually, uninstall Bartender. It's not buggy, Bartender is. I saw the same issue on day one.

EDIT: hey look, we have the exact same macs too :) running dual LED Displays 24" on a 2012 mac mini with i7 and 16GB RAM. about 780GB of SSD space too :D

Not sure if you have come across this but unless there is a setting that I cannot find when FaceTime is running and being used, all system audio whether it be music, videos or safari audio; it is all lowered to understand the FaceTime audio better. Not sure if I like it or not but that is my experience so far with DP2.

OpenGL 4.1 and some 4.2...there will be 4.3 at the final release? that it help us?

Is it me or is DP2 far less stable? I have had a lot more freezes and crashes than in DP1.

Also why have they removed the spinning icon for Time Machine, that is a really bad decision!
