Tell me please, did I understand correctly that I need to add this file to this folder?

you can add this file in a folder called 780m inside the flash folder
you can also rename the the rom file to 780m.rom
then you will have flash > 780m > 780m.rom
when you will flash just modify the codelines
if you need some help just send me a private message :)

ApplegraphicspowerManagement. Kext is the place to modify. You can null out the 12,1 and 12,2 entries. And then find the board ID for the 650M 2012 iMac and replace your Board ID there. Boom your card will k2100m will boost properly. My k2100m died. So I pulled down the Kext due to lack of further testing. But you can continue this journey if you'd like.
Bonjour,

Thank you for your answer, I tested your modification without success, but that's okay, I now use the ApplegraphicspowerManagement.Kext from Big Sur with success.

Sorry about your graphics card, what happened to it?

Edit: I would be happy to continue testing!

Hi Guys, I've successfully installed and flashed a CLevo K3100m, I've got boot screen, picker, and backlight but when I try to install High Sierra I get white screen on GPUs initialisation 👀... I've tried to use open core or add kext to a previously installed system with no luck.. any advice?

I installed a k4100m (it was a hp mxm board, new, flashed with bios from this forum). I have a curious problem. With no internal lcd connected , with a external monitor it is working 100%. With internal monitor, it turns on about 1 second and then stays off. With another mxm card (6970, for instance) it works normal. some of you knows or have the same problem?

I used the usb stick method to flash the card. On the external monitor I can see the modded name of the card.
with the external monitor on, there are only 3 leds on (the fourth it is for internal lcd, isn’t it). With the internal lcd in place, I even can’t see more than 1 led, it won’t boot, fans working for a split second, then stop.

you may have a false contact with the screen or the inverter card. test with the orignal graphic card if this is the same

do you use the same heatsink? the 3 pipes version?
is it modded, k4100m is nearly like the k5100m

LED 2 - Indicates that the main logic board has detected proper power from the power supply when the computer is turned on. This LED will be ON when the computer is turned on and the power supply is working correctly.

So what is your configuration model... you don't have any signature... it would be a good thing to notice it

** NVIDIA Quadro K3100M Mac Edition ROM **
Genuine Native Boot Screen & Brightness Control

View attachment 942193

This ROM does not require a 3rd party bootloader like OpenCore.

This ROM is build on the same principles as my K4100M. Unfortunately, the color-pixel bug is still present. But I am working on it. The brightness will need to be adjusted via a kext as previous. I have a feeling that the native brightness dimness is also inline with the same generic driver bug previously mentioned. The rom has a modest clock table boost as well. I have been running it like that for 4wks without crashing.

warning: please remember this is a WSON based card. You will be unable to recover from a bad flash with clip.

8-4-2020 working on Sierra 10.12.6 @Ausdauersportler

Hi Nikey22, I've flashed with success a K3100m from Clevo, I've got picker, boot screen and apple logo.. but when High Sierra comes to install language chooser or login I got a white screen.. how can I get rid of that? 👀

Led 2 don't lit with internal monitor. Only with internal monitor disconnected.
It is a mid 2011 27 inch imac, 4x2gb of RAM, i5 2400, with high Sierra, 1 SSD sata 256gb, 1 HDD 1Tb.
