I'm having the same problem. The FedEx person said it a paperwork issue and nothing to with COVID.. Talked to Apple Store and that said the it is scheduled between 21-27, so that can not do anything until the 28...Anyone else’s order perpetually stuck in Memphis? No movement since Thursday, but it seems strange it was scanned multiple times in a row…it showed it was supposed to be delivered May 21 by EOD, but now it just says pending. :/
FedEx customer service just told me that it’s an international order so they blamed it on COVID (which I can understand but seems strange that it’s been in the US for a week?)
Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue.
