I ordered a Blue iPhone 14 128GB (unlocked no carrier) this AM. Delivery 9/16.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up not liking the bigger form factor and returning it in favor of a 13 mini (or just keeping my 12 mini). I at least wanted to give it a longer tryout. I last purchased a larger iPhone back when the XS was released and really did not like it and returned to my 7 at the time.

I probably would have kept it even if I didn't like it and give it to my mom, but confirmed the carrier/plan she has isn't supporting eSim.

I cancelled after sleeping on it. The lack of regular Sim support and USB-C were factors. Now the decision to either stick with my 12 mini longer or jump to the 13 mini....

Still haven’t gotten the loan email from Citzens. First time it didn’t come it an hour or two. Ordered at 7:02 am CST yesterday and had the interest charge show up on my card.

Same here! I did pick up in store and mine finally moved to processing last night. I still haven’t even been charged the taxes though I don’t even see the pending hold on my account

I just talked to a specialist who told me that Citizens should send that/charge me when my order ships. In the past, I always got that email/charge in an hour or two (except 2016 when it was about 6 hours). I did have the interest charged to my card almost immediately.

Still waiting for my tracking number for my Series 8 and 14 Pro Max and they both should be here next friday, and along with my 14 Pro Max sicone case- I was going to get my case for the 14 Pro Max but since I have UPS my choice I can change the delivery day so I moved it to Friday September 16 so everything should arrive the same day. As long as UPS honors the delivery day change and so far it looks like they are. so I will kind of have a big Apple delivery next Friday

When I selected order I had a delivery date of 16 Sept and got many errors. Then I checked about 20 minutes later and it went through but the delivery date is 23 Sept. it says preparing for shipment. Ships by postal service.

Did your delivery date get changed or is it still launch? Mine is launch day and no changes there.. preparing to ship but nothing in MyChoice, USPS, anything

Ugh I recently moved this year and so I added my new address to my basic my choice membership and it said it needs to send me something in the mail that will take 7 to 14 business days to get here in order to authenticate my enrollment :/ I don't remember having to do this when I first made my account a couple years ago

Maybe someone here happens to know what kind of mess I *could* cause myself…

My employer provides an ATT issued physical sim card that I have in my current 12 Pro Max as well as a T-Mobile eSIM. I don’t have access to works ATT account to call and do anything in the event anything goes awry. In Settings>Cellular>Click “Work Number” there is a “Convert to eSIM” option at bottom of plans page. Is that 100% successful? Click it and no further interaction required?

ATT explanation makes it sound like I shouldn’t have issues?

I want to get this figured out before my 14 Pro Max arrives.

I converted mine and added an eSim yesterday without any issues.

Last year we had a trick and we could get the tracking number, but it seems it’s not working anymore.

Has anyone found an option to get the tracking number? (Without calling UPS?)

If you are logged into MyChoice UPS and the package is coming to an address listed on your MyChoice account, you can see the tracking number.

I'd prefer to do the trade in at the store too, but when I checked out for pickup, I wasn't given the option, and it said I couldn't do the trade-in in the store. Were either of you given the option to do the trade-in at the store when you checked out? I'm wondering if it might vary by region because of Covid protocols varying by area.

I do it on the website, but either put in your Apple order # or phone number.

Wow, postal service has to be a glitch. Unless apple decided to branch out this year.

I checked with my friend who works with factories in China for tech stuff (TDK not Apple) and he said that their factories are closed on Saturday, but will be open on Monday. He also said that Apple can ask the factory to work overtime on Monday. TDK's factories are working overtime this coming Monday. Most likely Apple is paying overtime too for Foxconn employees to work on Monday. Hope that helps!! 😅

So iUP phone is preparing to ship, but my Apple Card hasn’t been charged taxes/first payment nor have I received the citizens email yet. Any reason to be worried?

If your iUP phone is preparing to ship, I would not worry. I do have a charge on my account of the taxes. My first payment is on pending since Wednesday when I did the approval. I haven't received the email yet. I heard that it's being delayed.

thank you very much for that info! Yeah I thought It was weird too and looked back at my previous upgrades and usually everything happened within hours of preorder. This is also my first year doing in store pickup for a preorder too so it sitting at "processing" for so long is going to be new too.

This morning I’m still preparing to ship with no date after “Arrives” and my date down below still says September 23 by Express Delivery. I probably should have kept it as is and let Apple work it out. Sigh. Positive news, it looks like my watch is shipping from Clayton IN on time based on the UPS tracking that did pop up.
