^ this hands-on really made it clear to me that's it's very dark and not as gray as last year's. Was almost going to go for the purple but this black is striking.

Yup. I’m going with black after getting all the fun colors over the years. 😁 this video sold me. Purple is cool and all, but I’m not really feeling it.

They did it for me before but when I needed one two months ago, they said they couldn't do it over the phone. Ended up having to go to the store.

May want to try switching to an eSim now, before you get the new device. If you have an eSim on your current device, you can transfer it to the 14 when you are setting it up.

I've been using the IUP since it started. Anyone else already on the program have to go through the approval process again and have a hard pull? I haven't had a hard pull in previous years but got hit with one this time.

The hard pull is a hit or miss. I know that if you start as new it is a guaranteed hard pull but if you are upgrading, that one can be a soft or hard.

I’m on the East coast and 3am was fun. It was no fun though having to call T-Mobile and hope I get an agent on the phone and the call wouldn’t disconnect. I’ve been lucky in the past except with the 7 Plus.
