Ugh, I just skipped over 10 pages of posts (I'll catch up tonight). I did the IUP pre-approval and this year I'm NOT getting my usual GOLD iPhone (I've only been getting Gold since it was offered - I think since I got the iPhone X). I've been convinced to get Deep Purple as well. I figured it's only for a year and I always have a case on it, so no one but ME will know what color I really have. I like that it's a dark purple vs a pastel purple. Now, I need to order my Speck case. 😍

Thought I saw something where you place your old iPhone with a physical SIM next to the new one and follow the on screen prompts?

I am sure it’s not too bad if you can do it yourself without having to call the carrier but I just never did it before so am skeptical.

Anyone know if a 13 PM screen protector will work on a 14 PM?

For what it’s worth, the screen protectors I ordered last year for my 13pm say they’re compatible with the 14pm. But they still had the notch cut out so I ended up ordering ones that didn’t have it.

I use the screen protectors that cover everything except the earpiece so I was hoping it would. I guess not tho 🤷‍♂️

They said they have thinner bezels this year but same screen size, so they may not fit exactly

There's a manage your sim section on their website. Not sure if it works for brand new eSims though.

No, you can trade it in separately and get a gift card though.

AT&T live chat transfered my SIM to a eSIM a long time ago when I really wanted it.

Surprised it even worked.

Though yes it is a pain in the butt sometimes.

They did it for me before but when I needed one two months ago, they said they couldn't do it over the phone. Ended up having to go to the store.

May want to try switching to an eSim now, before you get the new device. If you have an eSim on your current device, you can transfer it to the 14 when you are setting it up.

Are you currently enrolled in iUP? If so and you are upgrading, it likely will be a soft hit. IF it's your first time it will be a hard hit. I believe that will show up when you get pre-approved.

yes, I am already on the iUP…I do believe a few times in the past it has done a hard hit even with me being on the program, but just couldn’t remember
