Yep none to my email either although when I called to ask why they said could take 24-48 hours it’s way past that now. They did say I was already pre-approved and I’ve got tracking info and all is good on apple’s end. They must be very slow this year.Idk if I missed it in this thread. Has anyone still not received an email from citizens one? Are they that behind?
^^^ This is correct.
I knew some phones are already in the US at Apple or carrier warehouses.
Reason being, I bought 2 iPhone 12s - both Pro - 2 years ago - 1 delivered from Ontario/Fontana, CA warehouse 10 miles away via Fed-Ex Ground on launch day.
The other was from China and went thru ANC and SDF airports for international standard delivery on launch day.
Here's one of my TMO phones here in the USA at their warehouse waiting for Friday launch day.![]()
True. This isn't the iPhone 4.There's no chance these show before Friday. Like always, they sit in KY until the last minute.
I have always called the 800# in the past and was never asked to pay anything. I guess we will see once I call them. I’ll update everyone then. Thank you!Maybe it depends how you request it to be held. If you have to call the 800 number to request that, maybe they somehow tack a fee on, but I happen to know the phone number of my local UPS hub and they just take my tracking number and say they will put a hold on it for me to pick up. If the location is close and you don't know the phone number, you could just go over there to request that.
Yeah they shouldn’t be attacking you. OP is the one that is blatantly making up things and misleading people.
Same reason you’d be charged with theft and other charges if you went onto the UPS truck parked on your block to ”get your package” early. It isn’t yours just yet…
totally correct. I remember in years past before I joined the iUP program there were carrier threads for me to follow and I assume there are for the 14 series although have not looked just watching this and few other threads currentlyThe confusion here is that this thread is specifically for discussion of phones pre-ordered by customers in the US directly from Apple. 100% of those phones will ship from China and will be delivered by UPS. That is not misinformation or confusion - it's fact.
If you ordered a launch day phone from a carrier like AT&T, T-Mobile, etc, those phones may originate stateside. Those discussions should be taking place in different threads designated for orders from those carriers. THAT's what is causing all the confusion.
glad to know I’m not the only oneI haven’t gotten one yet, either
I hate to break it down but it can happen sometimes. I wouldnt worry about itDo iPhones get lost when in shipment ?![]()
Definitely. My 13 Pro Max got lost in Louisville last year. It took weeks to get a replacement.Do iPhones get lost when in shipment ?![]()
They're unrelated events.Wondering if shipping information will release with the review embargo. Just full on flood the information. Purely speculation.
You're talking about not asking the driver for it, right?
And the carriers got reamed by Apple for that one... will not happen again.True. This isn't the iPhone 4.
You beat me to it good sir. I ordered directly from AT&T but this thread is more active and more entertaining to read so every year I spend a majority of my time in the Apple thread.totally correct. Here below are the three major carrier threads for those who ordered via those means.View attachment 2058889

Probably the same folk that will be trying to find the SIM card tray 🤣😂The confusion here is that this thread is specifically for discussion of phones pre-ordered by customers in the US directly from Apple. 100% of those phones will ship from China and will be delivered by UPS.
