Do you guys think this will pass Apple Trade In? This is my 13 Pro Max. Apple states the body has to be free of dents and scratches.

What do you guys think? This part is the absolute worst part. The rest of the phone is flawless

And unlike everyone else, I would say yes, Get a polishing cloth and buff that out a bit. That sure looks like minor wear and tear to me. If the glass is intact with no cracks on either side I think you are good to go. I traded in an iPad that looked much worse and got full value.

Yep, same here. Stuck in ZhengZhu. Not worried though, I know there are glitches sometimes but I’ve done this every year and always get my phone on launch day.

That was me last year, and then I got to do the Tour of Asia. 😩

Are you logged in to UPS with a MyChoice account? That is all I'm seeing right now as well, but I think even though it is my phone, it has Mr Wolf's name on it. That's why it’s not showing up with full tracking in my MyChoice. Once it shows as shipped on APPLE order page you will be able to see the full tracking number for sure. If you don't have one yet sign up for the free MyChoice account.

Okay yeah both phone have my name and everything matching. I’ll just wait then.

Yeah I feel it looks worse on pictures than in real life (its pretty small and you can barely feel it with a finger). However, my iPhone is the Gold, wouldnt the polishing cloth just remove the gold coating?

Some have been in the states, but not all of them. Many more are coming via UPS. My tracking information proves this. Or are you implying that UPS is faking the tracking information on thousands of Apple customer orders.

You should be able to pick it up first thing in the morning of your delivery day instead of having to wait for the driver. The location might have certain customer pick up times that you'd want to verify before going over, but it should definitely be earlier than waiting for the driver to come to your house.

I was replying to someone else who said that the phones were in the states. My tracking information proved otherwise. You are confused sir. When I said that some iPhones were in the states, I did not say that they were from Apple.com orders. Did I? No, I didn't.

Just tried placing an online pickup order through apple, does Magenta MAX Military not qualify for the $1000 trade in credit? Apple keeps trying to make me switch to the regular MAX plan in order to get the $1000 credit.

I just contacted support asking about changing to ISP, and they said they cannot, however offered to cancel my order and re-order...So I say do you have secret tools for ISP and he said no. So I said your option is to cancel and re-order and get it later...lol...yeah I passed...Friday AM it its for me seeing as I got stuck int eh 28th batch for some odd reason...ugh...

Looking unlikely that the phones will leave ZhengZhou on a UPS plane. Based on what I have seen in the past, they may go to Shenzhen Bao'an Int'l first, then to Alaska or Incheon SK. Otherwise it would be a chartered flight that is bringing our phones to the US.
