Are you going to order the new iPhone 14?

I did not.

Are you able to see the last 4 digits of your tracking number? Up to now that’s all I’m seeing.

If you head to https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/ and go to "Track by Reference" if you enter the phone number used to create the order (as I did, I learned about it here on this forum) UPS will identify your package but show you limited information (unless you login to MyChoice, which is still limited);

However, in Windows using Chrome, if you hit CTRL SHIFT F5 (open Chrome Developer Tools) - when you click on the 'Network' tab and hit 'Track' on the track by reference number page; there's an XHR call made to an exposed UPS API endpoint that gives you a bit more detail if you're curious (see attached image); I love snooping around while waiting heh.. You can see some metadata UPS has about the package; interesting stuff -

Also want to say thanks everyone @ this forum, I've been educated (and entertained) reading some of the posts here I must admit when I saw you guys dive into forensic detective work tracking land, sea and air it was quite a marvel.

Everyone will get it on the date promised; am 10000% certain even now while my item still sits in CN and is due in 3 days, once it hits the US I am positive UPS will shift and adjust service levels just to get those Apple packages by the time Apple promised; as they always have in previous launches;

Cheers!

Mine is still PTS. My choice shows I have no deliveries coming. But tracking on UPS website via reference does show a delivery ‘on the way’ and shows the last 4 digits of the tracking number.

I’m so confused. How does everyone know exactly where there package is?
#4digitgang. Those that know had their MyChoice populate with the full tracking number. There are many of us just like you, however.

For all those waiting to leave ZZ, follow up to the above re: the next credible way out of ZZ:

Appears N622UP (Flight 5X176) arrived ZHCC around 1:05 local time.

FlightAware, ADSBExchange, and FlightRadar24 don't seem to have coverage near ZHCC but AirNav RadarBox picked up the track on descent.

this makes a lot of sense actually, I wonder if for security reasons or something there is a blackout on freight or other flights out of ZZ at their discretion

Someone mentioned a few pages back that one of their release day orders was pushed back two weeks. Has anyone else's order been pushed back at all? I'm not doubting this person, I just wonder if I have missed similar posts throughout the rapid progression of the thread lol.

UPS store is more convenient. 5 min away. Store will hold for 5 days?
The only thing with a "UPS Store" is that you still have to wait for the delivery driver to get to that store. There are a lot of times it could be late in the afternoon or evening, especially on iPhone release day. That's why I always choose to have it held at the UPS CC
@Tjnwjut is correct. Make sure it is the UPS CC. This is the destination hub. Not some UPS stores inside Walmart or Walgreens.

They did take it away? Last phone deliveries and major Apple release day have had Follow Me for my deliveries. So that sounds odd.
I was wondering the same thing? I've seen it recently on different deliveries from UPS. Just as recently as last Saturday when UPS delivered my cases from Apple. I'm glad that I did too because they made me sign for it. So strange but I'm glad I was home.
