I did that and it pulls it up but when I try to click on it, it kicks me out of the app and says info unavailable. I tried with my number and the order number and it said the same thing. That’s why I was confused how people were able to see any info on their phones.

Im outside Boston and my first phone is in Louisville.
To feed the ZZ escape speculation, as mentioned earlier, it appears N622UP (a UPS 748) is on the ground in ZHCC (arrived 105 local time, so about 2 hrs ago). Last time a UPS 748 (N616UP) arrived in ZHCC it had about a 3hr ground time...so hopefully we'll see some movement soon if the pattern follows.

Just checked my UPS and it arrived in Louisville today at 12:42 pm Local time, can't wait for it to get here
It looks like everyone ordered their phones from Apple, and the carrier delivering the phones is UPS. How about if you ordered your phone from AT&T and Verizon? I ordered two phones from AT&T and I have been notified two packages that were supposed to be delivered on Friday will be arriving early on Wednesday.
Once this first wave clears their Apple status will change to "shipped" and full tracking should be available via Apple. I will be curious to see how many of us #4digitgang were in the first wave.
They won't. All iPhones will be released on Friday. No matter what the shipment date says. I heard the other carriers are using Fedex.
If we are going to Dynamic Island Friday, we better be departing China soon.

For me (Verizon) my package is in CA scheduled for delivery on 9/16.
My ups my choice shows its still in ZZ China, but on aftership app it shows package handed over to customs for clearance Louisville, KY.
It is a glitch, just affecting some of us, not all of us.
