Payment was attempted yesterday but declined by the bank from my business account. Called them up today to be told “you will need to arrange an alternative payment method, we can’t authorise it”. Put in a complaint, then I got shouted at when I told them it needed to be authorised by the end of day…
Alternative payment method used, AVP status changed to “processing”, business banking in the process of being taken elsewhere.
Has anyone else had their pick up time display differently in different places? Sometimes my 08:00am collection displays as 08:30am, mainly when using the website.
