I noticed the CYL value for the left side of the lens has changed from -0.50 (my prescription) to -0.75.

Also for some reason I got charged for the lenses again today, but I assume it’s not intentional… something wrong with their payment systems so hopefully they’ll auto refund me soon.

Vision Pro is still “processing” but I assume it will be “ready for pick-up” tomorrow.

Also interesting! My CYL and AXIS values are identical to my prescription!
 
My lenses have arrived, they are a different prescription from the one I submitted.

When ordering lenses for my Quest Pro the lenses were exactly the same as my prescription, I assume Zeiss know what they’re doing, but I won’t know for sure until Friday.
 
Still no movement on my inserts… probably won’t be able to use VP after picking up this weekend, which sucks 🫠

Are we to expect a status change from processing for those of us collecting? I’m wondering if a change to ‘ready to collect’ before the day would be seen to cause confusion
 
Lenses have finally shipped but are coming Monday - annoying! I’m going to order a 21W light seal for pickup tomorrow so I can atleast try and use it without lenses for a few days :)
 
Finally - my optical inserts are out for delivery by UPS! I am still wondering what the “severe weather” was that held them up?
 
Are anyone else’s transactions still pending? Even the lenses, which have already arrived, still show as a pending charge for me.
 
My Vision Pro charge went through on the 5th July but the Zeiss inserts are still pending on my credit card.
 
The hold has now been lifted and the tracking updated to processed at East Midlands which means it is now queued and routed to move on the next truck. In my case it will go to Heathrow sort centre next. I don't expect it to head that way until 10pm or so but it could move on the later 4am-ish run

Yes pending for both lenses and headset, plus Apple double charged me for the lenses so waiting for a refund.

It’s still “processing” for me, usually for other pre orders it will change to “ready for pick-up” a day or two before.
