Are you going to the ZEISS web site for the prescription? I’m getting worried because mine was exactly the same as the submitted one.

My inserts arrived this morning at 9:38 at my flat in London via UPS.

I noticed the CYL value for the left side of the lens has changed from -0.50 (my prescription) to -0.75.

Also for some reason I got charged for the lenses again today, but I assume it’s not intentional… something wrong with their payment systems so hopefully they’ll auto refund me soon.

Vision Pro is still “processing” but I assume it will be “ready for pick-up” tomorrow.

Also interesting! My CYL and AXIS values are identical to my prescription!

My lenses have arrived, they are a different prescription from the one I submitted.

When ordering lenses for my Quest Pro the lenses were exactly the same as my prescription, I assume Zeiss know what they’re doing, but I won’t know for sure until Friday.

I’ve just registered on the ZEISS website, and the prescription recorded on there is correct.

Still no movement on my inserts… probably won’t be able to use VP after picking up this weekend, which sucks 🫠

Just be sure not to use these lenses as per the many conditions they are not suitable for that purpose!!!

Lenses have finally shipped but are coming Monday - annoying! I’m going to order a 21W light seal for pickup tomorrow so I can atleast try and use it without lenses for a few days

Yep. Both are pending. The AVP charge went away on Tuesday then came back Wednesday. (I'm on pickup)

My Vision Pro charge went through on the 5th July but the Zeiss inserts are still pending on my credit card.

The hold has now been lifted and the tracking updated to processed at East Midlands which means it is now queued and routed to move on the next truck. In my case it will go to Heathrow sort centre next. I don't expect it to head that way until 10pm or so but it could move on the later 4am-ish run

Yes pending for both lenses and headset, plus Apple double charged me for the lenses so waiting for a refund.

It’s still “processing” for me, usually for other pre orders it will change to “ready for pick-up” a day or two before.
