I’ve just rung DHL, plan is to pick it up 8am tomorrow from the east mids depot.

You should check with them if they’re allowed to hand over the parcel at their depot or whether or not a delivery attempt needs to be made to the address listed on the purchase invoice. In Canada, UPS won’t allow depot pickup before a delivery attempt is made to the shipping address on file. Mine is in East Midlands, can’t wait for it to arrive tomorrow. Tried it last year and thought it was amazing!
I cant get to Brent Cross till 7:45pm and my pickup is 5:30pm, do you think this will cause any issues?
I had things in East Midlands, then it goes on a second run usually and here in the evening
It’s very gracious of Apple to mandate that couriers hold on to them until the 12th, because we wouldn’t want anybody getting a product that’s been widely available for over 6 months any earlier lol

Yeah I have found this very frustrating this week. After the initial launch they should just ship/get delivered as soon as they’re available
I assume I can still go and pick mine up at an earlier slot, right? Mine is at 12:30pm but I am planning to go around 9am. I’ve never had issues showing up early for my pre-order pickups.

Good luck! The Carpark for the shopping centre is 24 hours, so I’ll probably get there about 7am and wait impatiently.

Just had my demo at Reading store. It is rather special. Just sat outside have a coffee and working through a discussion flow for when I arrive home with it😀. Also what size storage are people getting?
My pickup is for mid-day tomorrow from a London store, do you think if I turned up today I’d be turned away or could I get lucky to get mine early? I’ve already had a go using one before so I wouldn’t need a set up/ tutorial… I just can’t wait another day
