"Preparing for Shipment" and I have a hunch this one is coming FedEx.
I agree - my extra battery pack is preparing to ship for delivery by 2/2 and it has not popped up on my UPS app....
If it’s coming FedEx they usually arrive before UPS for me. I’ll be hugging my travel case waiting on my AVP 😂
Hopefully mine! Starting to get worried seeing everyone comment on the movement of theirs, mine’s just been sitting!
3rd UPS flight now leaving Shanghai!
Anyone on this 3rd flight for the day ?
UPS 87 is departing PVG this morning at 1:20 hrs China Standard Time.

I have a case for mine that I got on Amazon, and I've been walking around the house with it empty just wishing there was a headset in it.
My Vision Pro also seems to be "stuck" at the Shanghai, CN Facility.
My Optical Inserts are reporting as being in a Louisville, KY Facility as of this morning.
There's still time.
UPS flight 87 leaving today and another Thursday - UPS 85.
As long as UPS gets it into the US by Thursday night, it will make it for 2/2 launch.
Another flight is leaving in 26 minutes, plenty of time even if it leaves late today or early tomorrow morning. UPS still says my delivery is scheduled for 2/2. 🤞
Do you not live close to an Apple Store? Most stores have availability for pick up within 7 days or shorter.
My Feb 6th delivery was sitting in PFS for seemingly forever, but a UPS tracking number appeared yesterday. UPS seems to be backed up, and so I don't have much hope for an early delivery (but I'm still keeping my fingers crossed). If my experience is "typical", you'll probably see a tracking number maybe a week before your estimated delivery.
Apple's tracking is not timely. It's much better to use UPS.
I checked the two most recent pages and couldn’t find anything… Anybody else “Preparing to ship” with a delivery date of Feb 2 still? Should I be worried that others have tracking info already? I ordered within 5 mins of preorders going live, and I was charged over a week ago.
I have the same situation although I ordered lenses and they shipped. Maybe coming through FedEx?
Yes, a few people. You won’t get a tracking number from Apple until your Vision Pro is broken apart from the crate into individual shipments in the US. My UPS tracking number (that showed up in the UPS app) still shows that it’s in Shanghai. UPS and Apple both still say 2/2 delivery. There’s a flight leaving Shanghai soon that it could be on, and at least one more tomorrow.
And my AVP has finally left Shanghai aboard the highly anticipated UPS87 flight!

We have UPS tracking info in the UPS app and (I think?) all Shanghai UPS flights go to Alaska first so it's just a matter of tracking UPS flights departing PVG and arriving in ANC.
