And it's so much lighter, you'll be least five pounds lighter carrying the new iPad Pro around, if you pay with quarters.
Yep and with or without the keyboard it will take up less room in a backpack. A benefit of weight and thinness. So that it’s still reasonably thin with the Magic Keyboard.
Bigger screens have a lot of benefits. It works better as a separate monitor for the Mac, side by side apps have more room, media looks better, photos look better and are easier to see fine details without zooming in, etc….All of you talking about how the reduced thickness is going to be a game changer for your 13-inch iPad, while I’m sitting here thinking “how the hell could anyone possibly need a 13-inch iPad?”
I hope to find the same when I compare my new one with my M1!I could care less of the removed features. Never used them. Think the iPad Pro is a great upgrade over the 5th Gen iPad Pro 12.9. Excited!
To display PDFs at full size. (Well, minus the top/bottom margins.)I’m sitting here thinking “how the hell could anyone possibly need a 13-inch iPad?”
So I know this is nit picky, but Apple wins when they say 5.1mm (or use the "thinnest ever” for just about all of their devices). I kinda find it annoying. At it’s thinnest for a majority of the device … sure: 5.1mm.
Is the camera bumpout detachable? No. Can I slide this through a mail slot that’s 5.2mm wide? No.
This is kinda like expecting a McDonald’s burger to look like the one pictured in the ad. Except the burgers generally do lie flat on a table.
I wonder if the new Magic Keyboard is thinner/lighter that the one on my M1 iPad Pro. A thinner, lighter M4 (versus my M1 and Magic Keyboard) with Magic Keyboard would be great. I did order the new combo.Yep and with or without the keyboard it will take up less room in a backpack. A benefit of weight and thinness.
I think for artists, like me, who would use the Apple Pencil heavily would benefit from the lighter and thinner form. The current one is a bit heavy to have on your lap for hours. just my thought on the matter. So that it’s still reasonably thin with the Magic Keyboard.
Drawing is great on a 13inch iPad!All of you talking about how the reduced thickness is going to be a game changer for your 13-inch iPad, while I’m sitting here thinking “how the hell could anyone possibly need a 13-inch iPad?”
The same 10 hour they’ve been quoting for 14 years - I use mine in low power mode all the time and you can get 15+ hours of on screen work with very little performance hitWith this thin design, I want to know how the battery life will be?
