I've just received confirmation that my contract has been transferred over to my new plan and I have been given my DPD tracking number, should be able to collect it from my local o2 store tomorrow.

Was advised my order would be available on the 23rd
I wouldn't be suprised if there were an awful lot of 128gb Matte Black customers that ordered earlier than me who will still be waiting. I've received one email and one text update to advise about the delay, so on the one hand it's not been too late, but on the other hand this hasn't been a great experience.

I just don't understand the lack of info coming from o2. Surely someone must know when they are going to receive enough phones to cover the pre/back orders. I'm waiting on a 128 mb 7+ and a 128 rose 7+. I've never heard a thing from o2. The gurus talk rubbish. I honestly don't think they have a clue. Has anyone heard anything?
I can promise there won't be a Matte black 128Gb plus being dispatched tonight. I'm looking forward to O2s "apology" text tomorrow at 10am
I queried the absence of the o2 helpers on the o2 forum and they would not allow any queries about the role of the moderators there. So you can post queries there but no one from o2 will respond. When confronted they delete the post!
I'm just entirely dumbfounded how there's movement purely in storage capacity. How on earth Apple thought it would be logistically an idea to prioritise lower capacity models over anything else.
Absolutely zero movement on anything above 32gb. I've seen a few 256gb doing the rounds but not a single 128gb.

I ordered on launch day around 8 something in the morning. No communication from O2. I have called around 6 times and been told something different every single time. I have then in turn emailed them and got this response.
They just don't care. I am going to cancel the upgrade and purchase directly from Apple.

If they had said from the get go, Nov delivery thats fine. I guess its all about managing expectations. This is it precisely! Manage the expectations from the start and you won't have thousands of people complaining or ringing to ask where there phone is.That's my feelings exactly. Why take people's money if you don't have the item. All I want is an answer as to when it's coming. All were getting is total lies. They must know when they are getting stock to complete the orders. Just tell us.

What I don't get is why they didnt just take a payment promise instead of a full payment. That way we wouldn't be out of pocket until the device physically dispatched. Again this would save countless problems (IMHO anyway)
