Just ridiculous. First come first served my left nut. What a joke. Still seeing absolutely zero movement on 128gb models.

I tried to look on the O2 forums and it's just a mess.
 
Had a 32GB Plus Black ordered around 9am on 9/9, original email confirmation said 'Expected by 21/10/16', just had confirmation that it is being shipped today also.

I haven't heard a peep from them regarding my Matt black 256Gb plus since the initial upgrade confirmation emails.

I didn't order until the 15th so I'm probably weeks away given how far down the queue I am compared to those of you who ordered on the 9th.

Still, I'd be nice of O2 to actually inform customers given that they've already taken payments.

Just had another text from O2 saying;

'Hello. Unfortunately we've still not recieved your new iPhone. We're really sorry about the continued wait. We're recieving daily stock updates from Apple and will get your new iPhone out to you as soon as we can we'll be in touch next Tuesday or sooner if we have news.

This is just ludicrous.

I'm staring at the apple store reservation page, and will be cancelling with O2 upon successfully reserving with apple, as the person did above.

Update as of 10:00 27/09/2016 - We’ve continued to work with Apple and are pleased to say our stock situation for iPhone is improving. We will continue to complete our pre-orders in the order in which they were placed.

We are still in shortage of the following models:

  • iPhone 7 JET Black 256GB
  • iPhone 7 Plus Black 128GB
  • iPhone 7 Plus Black 256GB

My plan to abandon O2 and just buy from Apple didn't work out :( Paypal thinks I have bad credit for some reason. Think it's because I bought a new TV on 0% finance last weekend lol

So I'm back in O2 hell with the rest of you!

That was my plan too but also got rejected on Sunday after finding a black 256gb plus in Birmingham and reserved it. The thing is I've got a 992 credit rating in Experian!

Barclays can be a bastard for finance, i remember they gave me an amber when i purchased a MacBook pro two years ago. Only because they wanted to quiz me to see if I knew what my direct debits were for...

You can't be far off, i had confirmation at 08:47am on the 9th for the same model.

I've had my text too and track my order on o2 has been updated to complete with a tracking number!! I've put it into dpd website and says no deliveries?
 
Woohoo. Got order confirmation now too. No order showing up in my account though. Tracking doesn't work on DPD/UK Mail yet. Maybe just taking time to process, but looking good!
 
Got my tracking info for my 128GB matte black 7 plus. Finally it's happening!
