Where do you see your estimated delivery date? I don't see that in my order...

Wouldn't mind seeing this as well. I ordered at 8:06 and was still fron the 16th so I assume this is release day delivery as there was nothing before this and all the dates following were weeks.

My account just says in progress. No date listed.

It may or may not have been listed in your confirmation email. There are NO dates in the order details in MyO2, just "processing". This doesn't change until it is dispatched, and I've had occasions where it's still said "Processing| after I've received my device.

Just went onto the O2 chat and the guy looked at my order and said it will be delivered on the 16th. Regret not emailing myself the chat transcript though haha.

I'm new to o2 and when I finished checkout last Friday the final page said something about delivery completing on 16th September.

There's no mention of it in any of my emails from o2 and nothing is showing in myo2 on their website or via the app.

That's why I went onto the live chat.

Went to Live Chat myself now. Originally my 7+ 128GB matte black order said 1 to 2 weeks.

Live Chat just said the order shows as 'Out of Stock' and there's no way to know when it can be fulfilled.

I'd be phoning up to speak to someone about that. Maybe it just means that there is no available stock right now, not in 1-2 weeks?

Anyone have a "Collect in Store" O2 order that is scheduled for collection before 23/09? I ordered my 7 plus Silver 256GB at 8:50 ish and got this date

Ordered 7+ 128GB Black Friday morning through O2 refresh so £30 to settle plan and £69.99 upfront and payment has been taken today, all the order status says is "in progress" which has said since ordering with no timescale. Others have been tweeting to o2 with same order statutes and they've said this, "As it's a pre-order it won't be in stock yet but we'll have stock ready to fulfill as many orders as possible on Friday".

I reached out to o2 via Twitter; I DM'd them my order number was told a confirmation email of both dispatch and delivery tracking number will be sent out the day before (so hopefully Thursday sometime for Friday!)

Does anyone know what the financial implications are in this scenario when it appears that o2 will not be able to supply new phones for refresh customers on the 25th when we are eligible? If receiving new phone moves forward by a month you are paying another month''s installment on the old phone which means the value of the exchange changes. O2 makes more money as the new contract will only start when we receive the next phone. It doesn't seem fair to me. The current payment period then is 13 months instead of 12 and then the next period of 24 months begins? Am I wrong in thinking this is benefiting o2 and not us the customers?

I could have sworn I'd seen on o2's website anyone who was delayed would get extra data for up to six months.

Can't find it now but will look properly later.

Kinda makes sense when they put it like that. Don't think I'll be in on the handouts come Friday but am hoping the original timescale of 1 to 2 weeks is fulfilled. Maybe they're not sure exactly how many phones Apple are allocating them yet, which would seem odd to me.

So, do we expect that if you were told delivery was 16th and money has been taken (not pending) from account then expect delivery on Friday?

Judging by previous years with O2 then yes, some people who had a 16th delivery date will get it on the 16th, with a dispatch notice on the 15th.

But not all!

Upgrade is due on my Iphone 6 on Friday, went into O2 yesterday to see if I could put a deposit down for a jet black iphone 7 + and the pre-order was sold out. Was also informed that they won't actually have any 7+ in stock, just the 7. They weren't really helpful about any alternatives or what I should do next. Is anyone else in the same situation? Guess I just have to wait until they come back in stock.

Hey so my money was taken out on saturday, even though I got a "delivery within two weeks". What is the chance of me getting it this friday? Anyone had something similar?

Other threads suggest that money will be taken out few days before delivery - I would expect to be pleasantly surprised.

Are these new orders? I was charged up front for paying off my device plan/new phone upfront fee
New order for me - still have contract which can be cancelled now. Will sell 6 when 7plus delivered and number transferred.
