Carrier 7/7+ O2 UK Pre-order thread

I ordered at approximately 11:30, iPhone 7 128gb in gold through o2 upgrade. Mine appears to have shipped already, just changed this evening. Have tracking number etc.

Mine's still in progress. Hopefully changes tonight. Ordered while it said 16th and live chat confirmed it so should be ok. Just would like to see the status change.

My charge to o2 showed up by Saturday on banking app but had Monday's date on it so assume it was taken then, order still says "in progress". Asked O2 on twitter and they said it will be updated once it's been dispatched.
 
Don't know if it means anything, but my O2 online account isn't showing my tariff (have changed to a new one with the new phone) and it looks like my billing date has changed to this week now, so am guessing things are starting to move?
 
Tried Live Chat again this morning, which was a bit pointless. They really don't know anything. Save anyone else bothering. Guess the phones land late tonight in the UK or early hours of the morning. Then we'll see more info and who really gets what.

I was about to reply saying mine says 21st...

Just checked my email and it is 21st OCTOBER.

FML.
 
For whats its worth with regards to order status, half the time they don't update properly. Last year with my 6S it said in progress after the phone turned up! I didn't know I was getting it until I got a text from UKmail in the morning!

EDIT - or it could have been DPD, can't remember!
 
So I went into my local o2 shop yesterday to try and grab a 7 Plus, however I was told that they were no longer accepting pre orders for it, however they may get some in for walk ins on Friday. Does anybody have any experience with this?

Had the same problem last Friday so came home and ordered online
 
I pre-ordered last Friday for Click and Collect at my local store. Got my order number and collection reference and that's it. O2 Chat told me I'm getting mine on Friday (32GB Black 7).

I'm a new customer to o2 (last had an account with them for iPhone 3G!) and my o2 still has nothing on there yet.

Fingers crossed we'll see updates tomorrow; I've managed to get my PAC from Vodafone and would like to get everything sorted Friday before sending my 6s Plus off to Music Magpie.
 
Live chat never know anything that you can't find from looking at your online profile. Unless you know the secret handshake obviously.
 
Just spoke to live chat and this time I saved the transcript. My order for iPhone 7 Plus 128GB in matte black is showing as in progress but no tracking info or anything.

I've just had a webchat and got told I was lucky I ordered on the 9th and they would be sent first come first served! Lol! O2 helpful as ever!

Iv ordered the exsact same from o2 still down as processing
 
Same! Web chat won't know anything. :/ Hopefully something happens tomorrow, I believe it was very similar for my past two orders with o2, so I'm not going to worry.
 
Just had a chat to o2 over Twitter and got told that the 7 Plus will only be available in selected stores on launch day for walk-ins. I also got advised to phone around different stores tomorrow if my local store doesn't have it.
