My Sister is head of operations for one of the UK providers and they have been told this today in a call with Apple this morning

I have a friend who works for one of the big 4 and have said they will have stock of all varieties. Just limited stocks.

There will be no stocks of the 7+ in Jet Black. I have just phoned three, EE and Vodafone stores myself in my town and they have all not received stock. I have even phoned some of the flag ship stores and got same response.

Apple are also saying now that there will be no 7+ walk ins available tomorrow anywhere
 
Just spoken to O2 trying to find an update on my 256GB plus in matt black and at the moment they have no idea when they are going to have them. I knew this when I placed the order, I was told it would be 1-2 weeks but its just annoying they cant be any more specific regarding dates at this stage.
 
This has been pretty poor from O2 this year. The only communication I received doesn't mention anything about when I will receive my order!
Like others have said, the last page when purchasing said delivery on the 16th, but not a word from them since!
MyO2 hasn't updated and the online chat people seem to know nothing with people getting conflicting messages!
I don't think my phone is coming tomorrow now, and the frustrating thing is I don't even know when to expect it!!
 
All they've been saying on twitter is to "keep a check on your emails" and order status will change from "in progress" when it has been dispatched
 
They know what's about to come. Big delays. Cancellations. The fever, the rage, the feeling of powerlessness that turns good men... cruel.
 
Just chatted to live chat and he said my iPhone was dispatched today. Asked him for a tracking number which he gave. I've checked this and it is correct and showing in transit to the hub.

It wasn't when I asked but it does now under the my orders section although this still shows as in progress the deliver tracking details are now shown at the bottom under the delivery address

I like o2, been with them for 10 years but I'll not order an iPhone from them unless I want to wait for months. I couldn't get my 6 plus until the end of November 2014 and even then I had to settle for space grey as I was fed up of waiting.
 
On live chat they're telling me my 7+ JB 256GB will be dispatched by midnight tonight, don't know whether I believe that or not though.

I dont think the people on webchat even know what company they work for, its notoriously bad. Ive had 3 different responses from 3 different people!!
 
Well Ive just spoke to live chat who have told me that my order will reach me by midnight! Im assuming he meant tomorrow but who knows!:confused:
