Same here; I’m also running Martin’s 0.7.0 package off my Evo Pcie NVMe drive without any issues.

I have OC installed on my NVMe for years, and has transfered the EFI partitions a thrillions times to my SATA SD backup, and never had a single problem.

Can you have OC on multiple partitions? Is it just a case of blessing the one you want to boot from?

How do you mount the EFI volume on the NVME? When I try to mount it using Clover, nothing happens. I have no issues mounting the EFI on any of the 4 SATA hard drives. So I installed OpenCore 0.7 on one of them and blessed it. I boot from the NVME and it all works.

Using Clover. Odd. Never had a problem mounting it in my NVMe.

That’s what I’m using but when I select the EFI on the NVME and hit mount, nothing mounts. I have regular SATA drives and well and those WILL mount the EFI Just not the one on the NVME.

Really odd. What NVMe? What PCIe adaptor?

So I've searched to no avail, but has there been a fix found for the dreaded DumpGPURestart issue? When using FinalCutPro or launching a game (Fortnite, for example) my system locks up and crashes. DumpGPURestart can be seen in the log afterwards.
Which OS? Which GPU?

@h9826790 You mention in post #1,314 that your preconfigured 0.7.0 package may not work on NVMe drives. Is this still the case? I've been using OC 0.5.9 on an NVMe for some time. I could do with updating, and your preconfigured package would save me a lot of time setting things up.
That's more like a caution, because some users reported OC doesn't work on their NVMe. I don't know if that's really a hardware compatibility issue. Or actually not related to NVMe, but other issue. But I still prefer to warn all users about that. There is no special benefit to install OC onto a NVMe anyway.

So, if you have SATA drive. I suggest you install OC onto one of the SATA drive.

But if your cMP only has NVMe installed. My OC package should work as expected on NVMe.

Odd. Should work like a charm.
Weird. At first I was completely stumped since I incorrectly thought that oc had to be on the boot drive and I could not get the EFI on that NVME to mount with Clover. As soon as I tried the other SATA drives, it worked on all three of those.

Strange.. I have just noticed today that Wifi is not working anymore. using Martin's OpenCore 0.7.0 on Big Sur. Not that I use Wifi ever.. but it was working before.

I had to make this change to get the stock WIFI card working using Martin’s 0.7.0 package.

Hey thanks for that tip! I was under the assumption that Martin implemented that as standard in his package from 0.6.8 onwards?

Hi!

I have my Big Sur 11.2.3 on a EVO NVme 960 and also have my OC on there. Works all the time.
The bootpicker is gone again (OC 0,71). It´s just a list in the left upper corner. And imessage.app stopped working. Reverted back to OC 0,7 and bootpicker is back again.

Is it gone on 0.7.1 ?

Someone mentioned this great Post install.

OpenCore beauty treatment

Nice guide but the OpenCanopy Picker doesn't work after following it. Martin's 0.71 package Picker doesn't work either but he seems to have implemented the same info except he used '19' for the PickerAttributes, not sure why but he knows more than me! Anyway, 17 or 19, same result - text picker. Used resources folder and O/canopy from 'official' download, no difference.

Same problem for me. Reverted back to OC version 0.7
