Hello
@star-affinity -- I read your previous posts in other threads about this issue, sorry to read you still have BT problems even with the external BT dongle.
I am not 100% certain, but no, at this time I do not think Martin's package or OC in general is the issue. Based on reports from a few cMP users running Big Sur 11.5 and many cMP users running the Monterey 12.0 betas, the problem seems to be an issue with the internal USB 1.1 that is needed for BT.
My BT is back and functional now, you can read a report about what I did in the following thread/post. But I am not certain that BT is back for good, we'll see. So far it has showed fine after several boots:
Find my Latebloom test report below. I settled on these values (125/25/1) after testing Martin's OC 0.7.1 package with macOS 11.4 and 11.5.1 using a stripped down cMP system (only the RX580, NMVe PCIe Card with macOS, and one 2.5" SSD with OC and nothing else on it). During the tests I used a...

As far as the likely solution for the USB 1.1 issues, you can read this current discussion about adding a PCIe card and connecting the BT card to the external USB 2.0 ports. Start reading from thisn post and it continues for a number of posts, still ongoing now:
Thank you for explaining further in detail. This helps me allot! As it happens, last year I installed an old USB 2.0 4-port hub (which I had lying around from years ago) inside my MP 5,1, underneath the processor tray; cutting 4 dremel rectangles through the cheese grater mesh at the back to...

Lastly, this next post mentions something to keep in mind if we ever run out of options/solutions, apparently some users fixed the BT issue making kext changes. But this is something that needs more understanding on my part:
Fixed it myself by using https://github.com/chris1111/Kext-Droplet-Big-Sur to load the kexts. My card is one from china 0x111. I think OC on my machine has issues loading some kexts, I don't know why. Or maybe my config was wrong. This is it now, anyways: BundlePath...
