Best Buy order shipped. I was notified via text and email. As others have mentioned, their website availability has been spotty this AM, but I was emailed a tracking number that isn’t recognized by UPS yet. Hope it’s same day. We’ll see!

got tracking info from Apple yesterday showing a Fed-Ex package that was supposed to be delivered today. Since then it hasn’t updated. Looks like it hasn’t even been scanned 😞

I ordered from Best Buy on 12/8. My order still says "Getting it Ready"—but while both "Make Shipping Changes" and "Store Pickup Instead" have been grayed-out for the last day, within the last 5 minutes or so the "Cancel & Support Options" went from being available to being grayed-out as well. Not sure what, if anything, that means…

The frustrating thing is that I can get EPP discount of 10% on all AirPod products as quoted in the Apple Store but it doesn’t apply to the max.

Have my store pickup today but the store called and said the box is damaged (they claim it's only cosmetic) and it's the last pair they have, they claim I can come during my pickup window and decide if I want it or not. Not sure how I feel about accepting a damaged box though.

It also said “label created” at 1:50 something so it’s definitely nowhere near California as it’s only 1:10 here. But I don’t think it’s going to arrive today because it’s shipping with UPS ground. Same boat as both of you. Got tracking yesterday and it said it would be delivered today and it hasn’t been moved since. They either forgot to scan them and we will see them pop up out of nowhere today or they never got around to picking them up...

Do you have any idea where it's shipping from? I'm chatting with Best Buy and they're telling me they don't know where it's shipping from, what carrier, etc.—but that they're "sure" I'll receive a valid tracking number today.

The delivery is not going to happen today given the mail carrier has already completed their route in my area. However, I do hope to have a tracking number soon.
