Shipped notification for an order in Canada at 10:05 PM. Says 17th delivery, though I guess it’s possible I get them tomorrow. Tracking takes me to FedEx without any info about the shipment. Have received everything else this year via UPS, so hopefully they’re okay.

Super easy to reserve one for pickup at a store in Bay Area CA right now. Space Gray, Silver, Green & Pink available at most locations near me. No Sky Blue though

Cancelled my Best Buy order and ordered online for pickup today at the Apple Store. It appears stores started making stock available for pickup at 8am eastern. Go get em!

So I still didn't get anywhere with my order. I just canceled the online order as it is still "processing" even though 15-17 Dec delivery. I only canx, as I was able to order one for pickup today at my local apple store. They are not the blue ones, but I think I may like the dark better anyway.

Arg, Best Buy's website is down due to the PS5/Xbox restock in less than 2 hours. I'm just trying to check my order for the Max! This morning it was still in the getting ready stage, no movement yet.

Just checked again for local pick up at the Apple Store, and they are now sold out of all colors. Did they only have a couple per store maybe?

My order never shipped out, I got the tracking number yesterday but FedEx says it’s not in their system. I guess it’s sitting in Apple’s warehouse.

Depending on where you are, this could mean that they will use a same-day delivery service and ship from a local store. I’ve Had this happen for other preorders in the past.

Unfortunately, scalpers will snatch up local inventory every morning until the demand tapers off. I wish Apple would limit people to two for the first 30 days or something haha

Yeah. That seems to be the case. Scalpers are selling them for 900-1000 dollars! I’m surprised Apple has never tried to mitigate that issue. Stock should be available to customers and I don’t think it would be unreasonable to limit to 2 units per customer upon launch.

That’s probably a good sign they are preparing to ship it.

Then an hour ago, I got a text from BB saying the item had shipped. Going back to BB's site, they show UPS as the shipper, but now say a tracking number is still to come!
