I wouldn't read too much into that. This time of the year is hectic and they're out making deliveries until about 7 pm or so. I spoke to my concierge and he says they've been coming at different times within the last few weeks.
I'm less frustrated now after logging into the UPS website and manually selecting/rerouting the package to the UPS store 10 mins from me. That way even if it is tomorrow it's 10 minutes and not an hour. Can't wait to join you guys soon!

Just got mine delivered to downtown Toronto with a 6am destination scan (which changed to 'out for delivery' after they were delivered)

Good for you guys. I'm still waiting... I'm in North York, so it may be a while. They usually come back up around here when they're on their way back to Concord.
So confused. Shipped 12/17 from Ontario, CA...I live about 30 miles from Ontario, CA. This morning FedEx updated that the AirPods are now in transit in Memphis, TN...still scheduled to deliver tomorrow. Strange.

I had the exact same thing happen. I'm about 60 miles from Ontario. They've come back and are now magically out for delivery. In transit scans have been off so there is still hope for you that they are indeed out for delivery today. Good luck!

My tracking from DHL just updated to processed at Brussels, after a whole day 'shipment information received - 09:10'.. 2 months ago, my iPhone 7+ parcel was in the Netherlands "together" with an other forum member his parcel (same times), and his package made it also in 1 night from there to Austria, he had it even 3 hours earlier than me, and Belgium is next to the Netherlands ThxDon't lose hope

Dude, ours must be in the same shipment. Left Memphis at the same time and I too live (relatively) close to Ontario.
Mine out for delivery - full day early as promised tomorrow. Ordered morning available about 9:00 EST.
Mine have been sitting at the Austin Airport since 10 am this morning. According to Fed Ex, they won't open up the container until the morning for delivery. With all the packages that are coming from retailers, I'm surprised they wouldn't get a jump on sorting packages and getting them to the correct distribution depot in the city. I asked for mine to be held at the depot and if they had, could have been enjoying them right now. Oh well, tomorrow it is indeed...
That's what I would think to. If there is a package at the sort facility, get the blasted thing delivered and out of the way.
Mine has arrived at my sorting facility. Fingers crossed that it gets sent to the holding location before noon tomorrow so I can go grab them and play with them and hold them and squeeze them.
They told me that they would be ready to pick up tomorrow morning when the depot opens at 9 am CST. Lets' hope that's the case.
