Mine too!! Shipping has moved to 2-3 days vs just 2-day.
 
My Apple order still says 1/12, but the ship time has moved from 4 weeks to 2 weeks. 2 weeks from now is 1/4, so maybe they're shipping sooner than claimed?
 
Mine too has moved from delivery on 1/13 back to delivery on 1/12. It also says ships in 2 weeks.
 
I was charged in the middle of the night for my 1/12 Delivery date AirPods. Order is now Preparing for Shipment and can not be canceled or changed.

What was your order confirmation time? Hoping mine moves to Preparing next, I have a 12:30 first day order.

My 12/29 order shipped as well! Shipping via UPS, but it says Estimated Delivery of 12/27....you'd think 2 day delivery would mean this Friday.... Grr!
 
Mine just shipped. They were "Delivery by Dec 29" but shipping this early from what others have said is a local depot should mean that they're arriving in the next couple of days.

Let that provide some hope for those with January deliveries that they might get theirs before the year is out.

EDIT: Updated to deliver by December 23! Woo hoo! It's a Christmas miracle! Thanks Santa! :D

Placed my order last Tuesday when released at 10:30AM EST, was given 1/12 delivery, but it has moved to 'two weeks' to ship however delivery date is still the same.
Saw someon had CC charged that originally had 1/12 delivery so thought I would add my time of purchase for others if it helps
I'll update if goes to shipping
