AirPods, Order/Shipping Thread

Finally picked them up...and yeah...they're pretty awesome. Great sound, great fit and REALLY portable.

Bottom line, though: if you liked the EarPods, you'll LOVE these. If the EarPods didn't fit or you just didn't like them...you won't like the AirPods.

Did you get it from apple? My tracking that apple gave me this morning doesn't appear on ups.

Ordered from Apple in the U.K. Being shipped by DPD (hurray -- they give one hour delivery windows). Tracking number available but not yet showing up on DPD's site, which is normal this early in the process.

They are available on bestbuy.com right now with same day or next day delivery available. I've finally got a pair on order.
 
ordered dec 13. had a delivery scheduled for dec 29. swiched to PFS today and not it got shipped with a delivery of 2morrow, yay! we are in germany btw.
 
Woo I'm getting mine Friday!

I originally had an Apple order for 1/12, but I just ordered from Best Buy when they had them in stock for about 10 minutes. I paid an extra $20 to get them here before Christmas, but it's so worth it :)

Yikes - Jan 12th is my date too... I'm still in processing, but that means I probably need to cancel now. I was going to wait until tomorrow when FedEx delivers a pair and I have them in hand.
 
My ups tracking number not showing up on ups and got it early in the morning. Is anyone having the same issue?

Same here. Probably will not show to later this evening from my experience. Waiting on that also, when it does I can change it to deliver to a UPS store/depot and receive it early am on 12/23.

Also need to reroute to another address will be on a trip that day :/
 
Called Apple they say they did the fastest shipping possible and expedited all orders. Now I see that the real service they used was UPS ground.
 
Awesome, mine were scheduled for delivery on the 29th, but suddenly they are supposed to get here tomorrow, the 22nd!!!

Now I just have to hope they'll get here before lunch, because then I'm heading home.. :(

What state are you? Mine shipped today getting to FL on Friday!!!
 
Order scheduled for delivery on January 12th has shipped with a delivery date of the 28th. Currently shown in Shanghai. Apple seems to be producing them as fast as they can. The 28th is a lot better than January 12th.

Indeed it is but I sure would love it to arrive before Christmas
