Thanks for the info. I'm about an hours drive from Halifax but I may make the trip this evening.Most of yesterday the Apple Store in Halifax had them in stock and even still as of right now for pickup today. Just in case you don't live that far from Halifax.
Sorry, but how have you been harmed? Apple has not taken your money yet as they don't charge you until they ship. And I would assume the estimated date you were given at time of order has not passed yet. Sorry it sucks but the FTC and BBB are not going to give a flip about it.

I am not saying they are late. I am saying that someone ordered after me, and their estimate delivery date is later than me. Now they have received it, or their AirPods are on the way, but there is no further information for mine. I only received one order confirmation after I placed the order.Last I checked it's not Jan 12, so they are not late.

With all the things going on in the world right now, to be crying about fairness because somebody gets their order before you seems petty.
I guess I just don't get so worked up over such a first world problem. Apple has not taken your money yet. They are still within the window provided when you placed your order. Going to every complaint channel at this point seems silly to me, but I guess I have bigger things to worry about then somebody getting their Airpods before me.

Anyone know that Apple updates the store pickup option after hours ? Or any other website I can find with less then 6 weeks of shipping times ?
