Ugh, I have to find these for my girlfriend now that Sprint cancelled my order. These are fire by the way; I don't like going into my lab during the holidays so most of my grant writing and consult is done at coffee shops. The positive comments I get from strangers has been overwhelming the past two days.
The barista was awed by it, the look on her face when I pulled it out of my ear was priceless. Another dude's girlfriend pointed to me while they were in line and they both liked the way it looked (more interested in wanting to know how I got pair). A colleague of mine dropped by; he was skeptical until I thrashed my head silly. Honestly, it's an Apple product with Apple hype. We already know they define what looks good; it's no surprise that haters are a vocal minority.

It notifies you immediately when a local store has inventory. Sorry if I implied that it was free or that it was a hookup website for Apple fans (not a bad idea...).
I only asked because when I googled "Mac hookup" I got some interesting results, but none what I had in mind.....haha

Mine were supposed to be here today and are instead showing as "at the clearing agency". I suppose the same thing with the battery stickers is happening to me as well. Damn UPS.
Hope it comes tomorrow, otherwise it will be at least Tuesday because of the holiday.
EDIT: These are showing as available at Apple stores here today and I now have another pair ready for pickup.

Why? This has absolutely no effect. BBB is not a legal authority, and Apple does not respond to BBB complaints.
And also FTC. Apple told me that they will ship with the order. Who ordered first, who will receive it first. However, they didn't. It sucks.
I ordered from Best Buy 15 mins ago. I'm in NS Canada. Delivery date Jan 6. I've been checking the Best Buy app a few times a day and today it paid off.
Most of yesterday the Apple Store in Halifax had them in stock and even still as of right now for pickup today. Just in case you don't live that far from Halifax.

Sorry, but how have you been harmed? Apple has not taken your money yet as they don't charge you until they ship. And I would assume the estimated date you were given at time of order has not passed yet. Sorry it sucks but the FTC and BBB are not going to give a flip about it.
