Anybody buying the Apple Watch 6?

I'm kinda thinking that too for my series 4. The only thing I really wanted from the 5 was always on. My 4 is plenty fast enough for now... I've lived without always on this long...
Right now I really just want the hand washing time! lol!

Yet the press outlets are claiming improved battery on the series 6, despite the fact it wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the presentation. While I won’t be rushing out to get the Series 6, due to the fact I Haven’t got an iPhone as am waiting for the iPhone 12, I will be keeping an eye on reviews and real life user experiences of the 6. So when I do eventually get the iPhone 12, I will know what Apple watch I will be purchasing.

I was on the second the event ended and the page went up. They all were listed 25-29/30. I don't know what was actually available Friday.
But like wirh most Apple orders, it will probably ship sooner than the dates said.
I don't remember the S4 or S5 Stainless models coming in GPS only. That was just for the aluminum cases.
I could be wrong, but that's how I remember it.
I think I’m going to keep my S4 for another year. The only thing that caught my attention was measuring your blood oxygen levels. I have asthma so this would probably be beneficial for me but that’s the only thing that would benefit me compared to my S4. At least I’ll be upgrading my XS Max this year.
I did a search on that page for battery and all I saw was the footnotes. I didn't click through to power. So, I guess, same as before, more or probably less.
It is interesting that Hermes sticks with "last year's" color (I'm not sure I can really tell the difference between them).
Wonder if that's how they're getting rid of the last of the space black casings.
just gonna say it - if you have heart issues, please speak to your dr before relying on an apple watch. the ekg, in particular, is good and proven to notify otherwise-healthy individuals of new problems, but if you have an existing one, all bets are off.
Ordered the 40mm silver GPS. Cheapest model. I'd really like one of the more premium models but they just don't hold their resale value as well as I'd like and I'm a serial upgrader for my sins. Also fancied the blue aluminium but I still have my silver Milanese Loop from the original watch and the silver just matches better.
Upgrading from the Series 5, which I managed to get £220 for so it's costing me £150 to upgrade. I understand it's not a particularly exciting upgrade for everybody but I was going to buy a pulse oximeter anyway to monitor my sleep apnea.
Got an ugly strap because they were the only ones ready for delivery on Friday and I'm impatient. 😂

I agree, what a joke. I’ve waited two series and now I can’t even get space back to match my series 0 link bracelet unless I pay $1400 or go titanium.
