I do like the look, except for the new leather loop. I think it is hideous compared to current leather loops. Congrats on getting a new watch.

I flirted with gold and decided it might be a bit flashy for me, and went with Graphite instead.

I haven't looked too closely at the leather loop. I haven't decided which one to get yet. The gold could well be too flashy for me. The graphite looks fab. I know at one point I was thinking of going Titanium as I though about buying the 5. Lots to choose from!

I have a Series 3 and had been expecting to buy a new Watch this year, and hand over my S3 to my wife.

I'm definitely still going to get one, but the extra price of the 6 over the SE is making me take my time before jumping in.

Also, why is it £100 extra to add Cellular to the Series 6, but only £50 to add it to the SE? That really doesn't make any sense...

I got the gps and cellular but paying it back via PayPal direct debit , works out at £50 p mth over 18 months , only 100 more than the se . Aluminium with black strap. No way am I blowing more than 500 quid on a watch 😆

I cancelled it and bought the titanium one . Had a seiko in that and it was tough as iron mans armour

aluminums a bit soft ..

I really am a hypocrite 😆

My last Apple Watch was Series 0. Is the charging cable still lightning or is it USB-C? I'm asking because i wonder if its faster charging on Series 6 (i assume its the same as Series 5) or is it same charing speed as my ooooold ooold ooold Series 0?

If i could be benefittning because of my 11 Pro adapter.

I agree but fr a few quid more you get something almost indestructible

titanium is half the weight of steel and 3 times stronger for just a hundred quid more

no brainer to me

I see that Apple now has USB-C AW charging cables available...but it looks like the included cable is still USB-A.

I'm a runner and have a Fenix 3HR with Sapphire crystal face, it's four years old and there's not a hint of a scratch on it. Frankly I'm be more interested in Apple coming up with something like a Sapphire face where I'm more concerned about damage. I never had any issues with actual watch bodies themselves which is why I opted for just the standard aluminum body.
Apple....are you listening?

The metal itself may be stronger but I followed some threads here about the series 5 titanium and it seems that the finish on the watch is vulnerable to scratches / marks — some were really unhappy with how it looked when the watch got some normal wear and tear. It was enough to make me content to have the space black SS. (I actually like the weight... and I haven’t noticed any marks on it over the course of the last year and a half.).

Of course, Others didn’t seem to experience any issues, so hopefully your experience with Titanium is positive 👍:)

I can't make up the decision. Ughh. I wanted a Apple Watch that can resists scratches, now I'm in dilemma on getting titanium vs Graphite SS vs Hermes Space Black

The most energetic thing I do is walk up a few stairs to open a bottle of gin

I think I’ll be well satisfied with my purchase
