App Store: Apps Available for Download on iTunes

Wow, App Store looks nice! I can't wait to upgrade, too bad it won't be until Sunday.
why is it until sunday I have been told its TODAY AT 12 AM EST.
I don't see how to get to iPhone App's from the iTMS main page?
Click the links in the original post -- or search for them by name in the iTunes store.
Or do what hexonxonx told me to do. (Thanks, btw!)
For me, it looks like its not available in the USA yet.
Updated iTunes, clicked on the "Get More Applications" in the bottom right of the iTunes window and get "The iTunes Application Store is not currently available. Please try again later."
Guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow with the release of the new iPhone...

Once you search for the first app, like AIM, you will see the navigation links at the top of the page and can then go to the main page of the app store. There is no link to the apps from the main iTMS page yet, however.

I am on the Apps store right now. Getting ready to buy Super Monkey Ball.
If you have safari set to auto unzip files, the original zip file can be found in the trash. Just drag it out of there to your desktop.
I'd imagine it's got to be before that since the folks in New Zealand already have their iPhone 3G's (released at 12:01AM their time which was about 5 hours ago...)
Downloaded a bunch of apps now just waiting for 2.0, hopefully soon
Same here. Got everything I wanted from the freebie list and am now waiting for the official 2.0. I wouldn't pay for any apps just yet. My guess is that free versions of most of the pay apps (except for games) will be available sooner than later. The exception for me may be SplashID. I've missed that so much since ditching my Treo. But I'm not buying anything until I'm sure the whole system is stable.
OK, edit! After having done a search for 'Remote' in the iTunes Store, it brought up all the results for it including the App. I then just clicked on the See All link and then the App Store link (the breadcrumb menu with the Home icon) at near the top of the iTunes window.

there should be a banner in itunes store or an entry on the left hand menu. Failing that make sure you ticked applications in preferences then click on applications then at the bottom of the right window there should be a link get more applications............. click that

Aim Is Slooooooowwww!!
So I installed AIM, its god awfully slow. If you open any other web app (facebook, myspace) then return to AIM it has to "reconnect". So you basically loose the IMs in that session.
Any idea if this works the same with the 3G as the 3G signal is ALWAYS on? Does it split the bandwidth?

AIM.ipa is working well here on Wi-Fi. And I can confirm, after checking my AT&T account online, that sending IMs doesn't tick up my text message counter. Which... would be very odd since it's not SMS but IMs.

I agree 100% it took about 5 minutes to find the store...they should have a clear link APP STORE
