Didn't the video literally just say 10 cores? 4 performance/6 efficiency???looks like M4 still starts with 8Gb ram and Wifi 6E. 256/512 come with 9 core CPU (3 performance cores, 6 efficiency cores)

better consider 15’ MacBook AirI was going to replace my Intel MacBook Pro 13 2020 with the latest Air but is an iPad Pro M4 13 inch now perhaps a better option? How does iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard work when having in on your lap?
Maybe the main camera's focal length changed? I didn't spot whether it did in the video...So thin they had to remove the ultra wide camera on the back!
the iPad Pros just do not make sense to me, unless they make a **** ton of money selling accessories to make the iPad feel and look like a laptop. The 13" is the best seeing 13" in the world and the 15" is the best seeing 15" in the world. Why would the kill it off?
If you click the info icon in the config when choosing storage, it says the 256/512 is nerfed and has one less core. Guessing binning/yield/segmentation the usual stuff. Like how base M2 MBAs have a couple disabled graphics cores.Didn't the video literally just say 10 cores? 4 performance/6 efficiency???
NopeI’ll probably order since I hate how blacks show on my current Pro. Want to hear about the the new keyboard first. Do these new iPads work with the existing Magic Keyboard?
Haha, of course they wouldn’t.Nope
No one uses that lens anyway. I’d give real money if Apple would swap the wide for a telephoto on the base iPhone models. I have zero interest in a chonky Pro but would really appreciate being able to bloody zoom while taking photos. Real zoom, not that MP manipulated nonsense software zoom.So thin they had to remove the ultra wide camera on the back!

If you want a MacBook, then get a MacBook. There are lot of people who want/need an iPad because of things like Procreate. You can't draw on a MacBook. And I prefer GarageBand on iPad because of touch instruments. Also I prefer most apps to their web counterparts. I'm not sure how you could reasonably combine the two iOS and MacOS without turning it into some kind of Frankenstein mess."We're not only going to push the limits of what you can do on iPad, we're going to crush them."
"Feels just like using a MacBook."
But it still cannot run macOS! That is the problem and that is what would really make it feel like using a MacBook.
10 core CPU is available with 1TB and 2TB optionsDidn't the video literally just say 10 cores? 4 performance/6 efficiency???
