Congrats everyone who has made it through so far! I'm still waiting and it's driving me nuts! Can't focus on anything but my email and this thread... Had my 2nd interview on Tuesday, recruiter stated he was moving me to the next interview, had my 3rd interview on Wednesday. Thought I did well, I am big on customer service and thought I showed great empathy, now I'm second guessing every single second of the interview. Ugh... Saturday and nothing.... Fingers crossed! Toes too!

Well I offically accepted the tier 1 chat position! I'm so excited. They called yesterday ssting my background check was complete and my paperwork will be here Monday. I start with the July group.

I honestly didn't expect to make it this far. :D

Question if any one knows:

In the process of applying for Apple, Kelly connect who contracts apple offered me a position. I was originally told that the apple job wouldn't start until August, so I took the Kelly job until then, bc the job I did have paid horribly and was cutting my hours. Plus I'd already know how to do the apple job when it did start.

Now I'm hearing there is a non poaching contact in place which no one mentioned before hand.

I put that I was working at Kelly on my back ground check with apple so they are aware, and they still offered me the job.
Should I be OK since I did inform them?

I don't think there is a non poaching contract. Someone guessed there might be but as a someone who worked for apple through another third party, I think it's incorrect. I know a lot of people who moved from my contractor to apple internal without issue and lots of people plan to "get their foot in the door" by going to kelly. That would be bad news for them! People who switched from mine were told that they just had to quit the contractor before the apple training began and there were no other issues.

But, wouldn't you just basically get done training and then be back in training? That seems redundant and annoying to go through.

Awesome! I was hearing that I had to quit the 3rd part and not work for them for 4-6 months before I could be hired by apple. That seems so silly, and if that is the case then they should disclose it before hiring people.

Even if it is the case, I'm hoping that bc I started the process with apple before kelly and bc I contacted them, and they didn't recruit me, it would not be a conflict.

Thanks!

Yeah, Ill finish my training about 2 weeks before hand and then start it all over, but on the plus side, I guess Ill just get really good at it. Haha. Its worth it to get to work directly for apple and not have a good portion of my paycheck go to a 3rd party.

hello
2 weeks ago, i got my offer. and in 2 weeks i've got many welcome letters also mypage.apple login name. In my contract as pdf form, they said that we will start at 10th of June. However 9 days remaining but i have neither contract on paper or imac, nothing..

i already resigned from my previous work and feeling that something going to be bad and i can not work on apple. Since they are telling that aha in Turkish is a pilot and it will only operate 5,5 months and has a possibility to cease out.

So what should i expect. Do you thing that paperworks and imac will arrive before 10th? Do they really leave this kind of things till last minute?

I'm not too crazy about the new interface, unfortunately. I still haven't heard anything, but I'm starting to think that may be more due to my availability than anything else.

To the ones who have deleted their messages, I completely understand but I'll miss your comments around here. And I thank you for all the advice you've put out there. Best of luck to you all!

It's Monday which is my 2nd business day after my 3rd interview (not counting the day of) still nothing but I am holding out hope. I think my email is tired of me refreshing. I got a call yesterday and nearly fell out of bed! I really hope I hear something soon!

Still waiting, myself. Had interview on Wednesday last week.

BGC showing completed. Received an email from Apple yesterday asking me to do an Internet speed test and asking if I would be interested in an online conference to learn more about the position and ask q&a. Which of course I said yes to. That will be tomorrow. Waiting.... Waiting... Third interview was five days ago (with a weekend in between).
