I wonder when you find out your regular (after training) schedule. And how often they change. My old job we were given a few options (time wise) when they made the "your hired" call, and the schedule literally NEVER changed. I had the same schedule for 6 months. So now its kind of odd for me not to be able to plan for 2 months from now as crazy as that sounds lol. I'm anxious for training to start! Cmon July 27th!!

I'm not sure ! Do you know your schedule? I work 7 to 4 now with convergys... how many different options do you get for scheduling? My 3rd interview is Thursday. I'm already claiming this job lol
I don't know what hours i have yet. I know my schedule will be between a certain time frame though. I'll be midday shift. The time range is so wide, though. You have this in the bag!!

From what i understand, you'll do a shift bid every 6 months and the shift u get/want is dependent upon your performance and stats. Apparently if your schedule ends up changing, they give you plenty of time to prepare and let you know whay ahead of time. Don't quote me on this though, as im not 100% on that yet.

Yes, good things come to those to wait... patiently! LOL I had my 3rd interview on the 16th. Received the background check email on the 23rd, also submitted it that same day. It was completed and the status updated to "meets company standards" on Friday the 26th. The recruiter called me today (Saturday). I'm assuming to give the official final offer, but I don't know because I missed the call. :-/ I'll find out Monday though! :) I didn't think they would call me on the weekend so I didn't even think about having my phone on me to the event I went to.

Hi everyone! I've been quietly observing the forum for the past few weeks during my hiring process and now I have a question I can't find the answer to and would love any help! I have the contingent offer from Apple for iTunes chat and my background check was completed on Friday. It just says completed and has no adjudication status and when I called hire right they told me there was only a completed status and then apple calls you after that. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when I was asking for my meets company standards status. Everything on my report looks great, even though I had a felony charge maybe 6 years ago due to identity theft but it shows dismissed by the court for that very reason so it clears the company standards. Does it make any sense to not have an adjudication status? There's not a pending or meets or doesn't meet...just a completion? Ugh, I'm going to be worried regardless until I get my call but that status would've made me feel much better! Thanks guys!

The status would be on the report itself, not in the applicant center. Once you click "view report" , on the left hand side it should say "date request sent" xxxxxxx "request completion date" Xxxxxxxx and UNDER that "adjudication status". If you don't see it, do a word search of the document. If you really DONT have one yet, I wouldn't worry until Tuesday.

yeah, my report just shows the completion date and then nothing under that and I've gone over the rest with a fine toothed comb lol :( ok, I'll try to keep calm til Tuesday...should I call my hiring manager after that?

I would maybe call HireRight one more time before reaching out to your hiring manager. Once I saw mine was complete but didn't have an adjudication status yet I called and the rep told me it wasn't done (even though it showed as complete) By the end of that day I had my adjudication status. & If HireRights customer service hours are any indication of their operating hours, they seem to be closed from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.

When its updated to "meets company standards " you can't miss it. It's in green writing i believe. I'd say give it time. Mine didnt show the instant that it said completed, im sure you'll have an updated status soon.

Okay thanks! It has been more than two weeks and I have not received either a phone call or an email. So im not sure
It took a little over a month for me to hear anything after submitting my resume. Some of my friends heard within a week, the next day, etc. Mine finally came through though. I'm sure they'll call soon. I ended up applying for another state too just in case. Could try that?

My recruiter was on vacation, I got confirmation on Friday when someone called me and let me know that my recruiter will be in on Monday. I tried to call her back but got her voicemail. So hopefully I'll hear some good news today. :)

So had my second interview for the Mac Expert position on Friday, interviewer said I should be hearing back something by July 10th, hopefully this goes over better than when I tried for the Advisor position and got almost insta-rejected after the third interview lol
