I'm at the end of the journey. Everything completed & turned in. Waiting on my start date. Good luck to everyone. Just a heads up, I applied in May, received my first call on May 26th and received my official offer call July 13th to give you an idea that timeframes are different for everyone. Longest part was the background.

I believe so. The questions were mostly about iPad, mail app and iPhone cellular and connect to car questions so.
Imagine over the phone with IOS listed but without a specific device.

. 4 of my friends and past co workers have the job and 3 are now senior Reps lol...

Still waiting on HireRight Email :{

Any word yet?
Nothing yet. The manager I interviewed with said it could be 2 weeks. Seeing as folks here are still working through the process for the August training, I can understand why it's going to be a couple of weeks before they get to the September folks.

I just had my 3rd interview today, lasted 30min. First let me say her Facetime connectin was poor, She asked me soooo many different questions! I think I did an Ok job. I did much better with the role play by showing Empathy first then basic troubleshooting. She said She would get with my recuiter and I will be getting an email within 2weeks letting me know if I got the job or not. I did an ok job, maybe I did bette than I givin myself credit for.
I bet you did great! It's always easy to second guess your answers after the fact. I'm doing that too.

I wonder how many people make it to the 3rd interview and then get the rejection email? I saw the post from someone who seemed like a good qualified candidate who was rejected after the 3rd interview.

I'm hoping that making it this far is a good sign.

Ok seems like everyone got their call the next day, but you are right they are still working on Aug. people.

I think they said I'd be training September 14th. I think timing on calls and email are based on your recruiter and how busy that person is. I saw a post that the 2nd person you spoke to is your contact/Recruiter.

I think I did good. But I had the same issue with the quality of the video chat being poor. I know he was watching something else on another screen though so that may be why there was an issue. My dogs barked at one point  and that got me nervous. But I was also interviewing for chat so I don't know if that helped to save me or what haha. Some of the questions were a bit one off and I had to really think of how to answer, but I know I did really well on oneof my last main questions.

Quick question if anyone has the answer, I got a call from Hireright everything has checked out but back in 09 I forgot and didn't realize I had a misdemeanor traffic incident which was driving with no proof of insurance, long story short I was switching insurance companies and I had 3 days without insurance and I happened to get pulled over than..i didn't even think about putting it on the application because honestly had forgotten about it until Hire right brought this up..do you think that will hurt against me not getting the job?

Speaking of that....

Has anyone heard of instances where people have gotten reprimanded or terminated due to dog barking?

I know it won't be an issue when I go live since I will not have customers hearing it. (I'll be email support) but I'm concerned about training.

I have 3 dogs and while I've worked with them (and will continue to do so) and they are generally pretty good, they do have their moments. And sometimes it takes a minute to get them to stop.

I need and want this so badly that I'm just trying to avoid any situations where I could jeopardize my career.

With apple?? No I have not heard of that.
However I think ANY background noise, with ANY call center is a major issue.

I have worked with other WAH companies and have heard of people being terminated due to door bells ringing constantly, music, tvs, dogs and cats.

So if you are a chat rep that doesnt have to get on the phones or rarely you might be ok.
But if you on the phones alot, yes its a major issue.

I'm surprised that it even comes up on your criminal record. In Georgia, where I'm from things like that normally come up on your Driving record, so it might effect insurance rates, and jobs that require driving.
When they pull a DMV report, must be a state law.

My status changed to "Meets company standards" so guessing they didn't count that against me

Just logged into HireRight. My status is now completed. Two day check isn't so bad. Now to wait until it changes to "Meets Company Standards" & then that final call. I'm suppose to be with the September line up so I expect it to take a while.

if you view your report the Adjudication Status: Meets Company Standards should show up..it'll be under your hiring mangers name and everything on the top
