It isn't for AHA but your thread is still so helpful. I did the next round today via FaceTime on my MBP. I can't tell whether I did well or not. It was a 45 min timeframe and lasted like 20. *sigh*
there are other work at home jobs you can apply for so all hope isn't lost. hell, there's a company that's being outsourced by Apple I know of to do the AHA job

Not yet. I have my 3rd interview tomorrow. Been in customer service for over 8 years and have empathy out the wazoo as well as tech support skills so I'm hoping this works out. Can finally move into an apt and save for my wedding if it does so fingers crossed!

And don't fret. I've seen a lot of people asking the same question. Try not to put all your eggs in that basket just in case but try to relax. Mine came on my lunch break at my current job, hehe.

I hope you do great on your 3rd interview!!! I am on day 6 of waiting for the first call. I went online today and applied a couple more times for the same chat position in different areas.

Just curious...

How long did it take for your BGC to be completed?

Thought it might help to get a feel for the average time to get that done.

I've read some posts here that it can be a bear to get through.

I've supplied all the additional information requested and it's been in progress for a week now..

The wait is killing me!!!

Thanks!

I applied for an At Home position. Instead got a call from the apple store. talked over phone for 10 minutes, all of which was simply the hr person telling me about hours of operations, schedule request procedure, black out times... didn't ask anything. Was told two days later the position had been filled...lol. I just scratched my head wondering with the point was of the phone call. Never did hear anything about the at home position, either.

Thanks so much for your reply. It's been 5 since I gave them the last of the information they requested, so I just need to hang in there. ;0)

No problem! I know how it feels sitting back and waiting. It was one of my more stressful moments in life. Just try to keep your mind occupied on something else. Easier said than done, I know! It seems like you're doing well so far. Best of luck to you. I'm sure you'll be telling us about how you got the official offer soon.

California!
I also received similar email. When I logged into the HireRight website, it stated waiting on W2 documentation.

I sent the W2, and the status changed to a green check in the documents area. I'm assuming that was what they needed, but still waiting on BGC completion. I've been logging into the website to check status regularly.

Do you have the link to check the status? My boyfriend lost his... Still on the "in progress" screen for him... So nuts!! They don't mess around

How long did it take till you guys got the aha paperwork. If I got the offer call I should be fine to put in my notice right to my current job.

No longer on a waiting list.

Question, ones that went to Apple to finish I-9 paperwork. Did you set that up through Apple's site? Or did you do that during the New Hire call?

I just got mine the 13th. So it was about two weeks. Then again I emailed my recruiter and asked when I should be expecting it and she sent me the paperwork email the next day.

Hey guys! I got a question. I submitted my application for AHA back on 7/17. I got a phone call on 8/11. The first interview went really well and she sent me an email to finish my application and set me up with the second interview on 8/17. I just completed my second interview about 4 hours ago. It went really well in my opinion. Show empathy and really put the customer first. She told me at the end of the interview that she will be having a team meeting within the week about moving candidates along to the next process, and I should be getting an email within a week or so. Has anyone else been told this? If so how long did it take to get the email? Am I doomed? My room mate is already an AHA and he wants to say he was told the same thing, but got an email four or so hours later to set up for the third interview. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I have a question about the interview process for AHA. I already did the phone screening, finished the information session online and today I just finished my FaceTime interview which went 45 minutes long. I think the interview went OK but I did make a few errors I feel. Anyway, at the end of the interview the manager said that this was the last FaceTime interview. He also said that in a week or so, I will be contacted and be told what the next step will be.
I then asked him what the next step looked like. He wasn't clear but said that the next step will consist of someone calling/emailing me to let me know if they want to move on (and hire me i think?? I can't remember) or they will let me know thanks but you are not selected....
Should I be worried? So far I've been reading a lot of people receiving 3 interviews (two being FaceTime) when I only got one screening call and a face time call..
