You won't hear anything from HireRight unless they need additional information.

Not at all? Maybe I was misunderstanding what my recruiter said. I thought she said they'd email me and I'd have to fill out a form and send that back in order for them to complete the background check.

You will get an email to begin the background check, but once you do that, you won't hear anything from them unless they need additional info.

Yeah, that's odd. I got mine about an hour after the verbal offer. Check your spam folder to make sure it isn't there.

Unfortunately, no. I think I'm going to craft an email to my recruiter to see what's up.

False alarm! Got my e-mail from HireRight almost immediately after posting, haha. Submitted my information, and now back to waiting!

I received a call Wednesday afternoon (it's now Saturday) from a recruiter but I missed the call. She left me a voicemail saying she would be emailing me to schedule a time to speak with me. I'm doing my best to remain patient because I've seen plenty of posts about how slow they are but its always once they've spoken to people.

Does anyone have a similar experience with the initial call? I was just so anxious to get it in the first place. I immediately verified all my contact info was correct and of course checked my junk mail but still nothing.

hireright sends an employment info thing for you to fill out. Some of it is prefilled with your application info but it's really your chance to get everything as accurate as possible.

I am a newbie, so I apologize in advance if this question's been asked (I couldn't find an option to search through this thread). Is troubleshooting experience an actual requirement, even if it's stated in the job description. That is, is Apple known to give someone a chance who hasn't done any troubleshooting in the past? I have a business degree and a couple of years of customer service experience. I've even worked from home in Telesales before. This position really interests me, but I'm not sure of my chances with my non-technical background. Any feedback or advice is greatly appreciated.

I could also use some advice regarding experience and qualifications.
The only jobs I've ever Worked have been Childcare. In a way I think it could be spun as customer service (the parents pay for a service & I serve the children as well). It's just not the same as working retail or in the restaurant industry. I haven't gone to school for business/customer service either.
Can I spin childcare as customer service do you think?
I want to get out of it now because I injured my back doing it and still have issues. I've been a nanny now for 1.5 yrs and although I love the kids I care for, the youngest is getting bigger...I have to lift her occasionally and she's getting sooo heavy lol. It's also only typically 30 hours a week, and I need more hours.

I don't have professional troubleshooting experience but I have troubleshooted my own PC(s), iPhone etc.

I'd love to be able to work from home, I love apple products, technology. It would also be great to work closer to my husband's schedule (he works around 2am-1pm). I don't have the option to do that in childcare

Hey everyone! If anyone has any advice or pointers I have my first facetime interview tomorrow I'd greatly appreciate it. Does the initial phone call count as the first interview? Or will there be 2 more interviews after the FT one tomorrow? I'm interviewing for AHA agreement administration which I haven't seen anyone mention here but is what the recruiter said they're hiring for.. anyone have any suggestions?
