So may people getting call backs! I have applied four different times now... Since my applications are from last year do they get buried under new ones? I have 5 years experience, I do lead support for the company I work for now. Just don't know how to better my odds. Any suggestions?
If you have experience they will most likely contact you. It can take a few weeks but for me it took months. Patience :) good luck!

I've read some people said apply at other cities online not just the ones closest to you. I applied to the 2 closest cities near me last week but haven't heard anything either yet.
I have applied to four, all in my state. None of them are necessarily close. All but one of the applications were submitted last year in September and November. Don't know if I should apply for any out of my state, don't know how they would feel about that.

Well today is 2 weeks since the final interview. I hate to move on but it feels a bit creepy that I want them more than they may want me lol. I've been sick over this since the interview but I want it bad. Tomorrow is Friday so I'm hoping they send out emails or call by then. If not I will start looking into other possibilities. With a sad face :(

I too have been waiting for a response from them for a little over 2 weeks now after my 3rd interview. I just wish they'd tell me one way or another.

Same thing same time. So maybe there's still hope they just haven't gotten around to telling people one way or another.

I hope so! He said 2 to 3 weeks so I'm trying to wait it out but it's frustrating. They weren't exactly sure what date training would start so maybe they are taking longer to work everything out *fingers crossed*

I wonder if we dealt with the same people. Mine were great. I was starting to worry because a month doesn't seem like enough time for bgc paperwork and getting equipment.
I hope we both get it! We should keep in touch if we do get hired since we'll be starting at the same time doing the same thing.

We probably did. Feel free to inbox me if you want to discuss it further. I really hope we both get it as well. I was ready to give up after my 2 week mark on yesterday lol.

I'd just keep on applying. Maybe spruce up your resume with some buzz words. The worst that can happen is they don't respond. GL.

Just curious, what positions did the people getting call backs apply for, and in what state? I applied to a lot in October and still no call back for me :/

Just a tip, if you are currently applying I would apply for phone. It is SUPER busy at the moment so I would imagine that is the positions currently being hired for plus that is what seems to be the majority coming out of training.

Also, for those worrying about time frames as far as paperwork and getting your equipment, I literally sent my paperwork packet in the first of the week and got my equipment the end of the week!

If anyone has any questions, and it's something I can answer, feel free to reach out!

Good luck to all & for those that are already hired, WELCOME! You are gonna love it!!!

Thanks for the tip! I had already applied for them in October, will it it hurt me if I apply with my husbands Icloud account?

Uhh I'm not sure about that. Because I can't remember if it asks if you've applied previously or interviewed previously. I'm sure you have read on here before but make sure you have a cover letter when you apply. I know that's suppose to make a difference too!

What's an SSE? Senior System Engineer? What was your field of study if I may ask?

SSE, Consumer Site-Support Engineering... I actually only have a BA in Liberal Arts, they don't care so much about the formalities of your education, but your innate ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and ideas.

Apple does not drug test employees

No, Apple, just like Google, has no formally written drug policy, therefore they do not drug test... If they suspect you are working under the influence or will be a field employee driving rental cars, yeah, you may be subject to drug tests if they suspect you are working under the influence.

We were founded by potheads, the company cultural promotes it silently btw

Mine was all customer service questions. However I applied for a Public Relations position. My background check didn't say anything about a credit check. Just employer history and criminal is checked. Good luck! You'll do great! Just remember to stress amazing customer service.
My credit was in the 300s when I started with Apple, by the time I left it was in the 700s... They do take care you!
