Hmm. That worries me. I'm going on 12 days now since I filed it and all my recruiter has said is "ill reach out to you as soon as I have an update".

I gave my recruiter exactly a week before I reached out. I have heard sometimes it takes a while but don't worry - it will all get worked out!

When did you last talk to your recruiter?

I have heard a few business days - what training are you going to be in? My recruiter said I should be expecting an email in two weeks to set up my paperwork session

I had my interview two weeks ago and filed my BGC that Friday. I emailed a week after I filed it just to touch base and she replied that it was still in progress. And she would reach out to me with an update. My HireRight account shows that it's still in progress as well but when I called them they said it was completed 5 days after I filed it. So I'm kind of in a weird situation with this.

I would give it until Friday and just follow up with your recruiter - I know the process can get you worried but just be patience with it. I know the feeling; I was beyond elated to get the call yesterday confirming I was moving forward after the BGC.

Im going to be in the 5/27 class it was suppose to be 5/19 but on my 2nd facetime interview they said that it had changed to 5/27

Very cool congrats! Phone support I assume? I am in the Chat training on 6/30 but I would love to get my paperwork before then obviously!

I was offered and accepted the At Home Advisor Phone Position for IOS. I wonder if they will let me switch to the chat position without doing the interview process again.

Question to everyone. A person from Apple with a 510 number called me to offer me the job. I had another job lined up due to how low it took to hear back from them so I told him I'd call him back. I called him back days later to accept the position and he said someone will be calling me on Monday with details because he was going on vacation this week.

It's Wednesday and no one has contacted me, and I can't get in touch with the guy. Anyone know who I can contact?

Filled mine out on March 27th and heard back from them last week.

The live chat position thing is apart of the At Home Advisor job? I thought everything was phone based because of the landline.

3 more dumb questions.

1. What model(size, year) iMac do they send you?

2. Can you use it for personal use?

3. Is it a brand new iMac in a new box? It'd be amazing to open up a new iMac like you're getting one for yourself!

1. I have heard it's the 21 inch, but I have also heard reports of it being the 27.

2. No, it is for business use only.

3. I assume it's a brand new iMac.

Seeing all of these posts about people getting into the chat position really has me discouraged :( Definitely happy for you guys, but really disappointed for myself. I'm guessing it's safe to assume I won't be contacted. Does anyone know how long I should wait before applying again??

I personally think you should keep applying until you hear back... Maybe have someone look over your resume or cover letter and make a few changes first? Best of luck!

I just got a word back about BGCHK and was moved forward. Yipeeee!!!! I don't know if it's real just yet lol.

I filled out my BGC on 4/15 and got a call back from my recruiter on 4/22 so it took exactly a week.

I first saw on the HireRight website that my BGC was completed this past Saturday, here we are Thursday Afternoon and I still haven't heard anything

...I am gonna give it till tomorrow afternoon before I reach out to my recruiter, I am slightly worried even though I know I probably shouldn't be. This process is excruciatingly slow!

June 30th needs to come quickly!!!

I'm in that class - and I have no idea if it's iOS or Mac.

As far as this is concerned, I was told in my 2nd interview that the training is 4 weeks and from I've heard, IOS training is 4 weeks and Mac Training is 5 - plus most of my questions in the 3rd interview were IOS related so I have a feeling that it is going to be an IOS class, especially since we are quickly approaching a new iPhone being released in the Fall
