I first saw on the HireRight website that my BGC was completed this past Saturday, here we are Thursday Afternoon and I still haven't heard anything

...I am gonna give it till tomorrow afternoon before I reach out to my recruiter, I am slightly worried even though I know I probably shouldn't be. This process is excruciatingly slow!

June 30th needs to come quickly!!!

As far as this is concerned, I was told in my 2nd interview that the training is 4 weeks and from I've heard, IOS training is 4 weeks and Mac Training is 5 - plus most of my questions in the 3rd interview were IOS related so I have a feeling that it is going to be an IOS class, especially since we are quickly approaching a new iPhone being released in the Fall

Man, if it is iOS training, I am SO excited!

Has anyone recently tried to apply for chat and gotten "You are not authorized to view this page?"

I noticed that today - I wonder if they are not taking any more applications at this time.

So for part time positions is it true we have to work full time for 9 weeks (4 weeks training + 5 weeks practice)? I was hoping that after the training, I would start my part time schedule.

Question to everyone. A person from Apple with a 510 number called me to offer me the job. I had another job lined up due to how low it took to hear back from them so I told him I'd call him back. I called him back days later to accept the position and he said someone will be calling me on Monday with details because he was going on vacation this week.

Contact HireRight. They will give you the recruiters contact information that started your background check.

----------

Filled out BGC on 4/18 got call this morning from recruiter and he said i can expect paperwork from FedEx YAY I am in :-D does anyone know how long it takes for the paperwork to arrive???

Got the call on a Wednesday. The paperwork was emailed to me and shipped FedEx overnight on Thursday. Received the FedEx letter on Friday (after the paperwork call) but I was able to follow along with the emailed versions. The hardest part is the I-9. Everything else is a piece of cake. If you live near an Apple store I recommend that option. But, if you don't (like me) then check with your bank they did mine.

LOL... I got that too on the At Home Manager position in Kennesaw, GA. All of the others I could access. I don't know what's up with that.

I was told 6 weeks training total. 5 weeks training and 1 week shadowing calls. They will explain all that to you on the paperwork call.

Sweet!!! Congrats! My final interview is in a couple hours. Hey, was your pay rate the same as what they initially told you or is it actually higher now that you have your paperwork?

I rocked my final interview! It went really great and it was so much. The manager I had was amazing. I should be hearing back within a week but I'm not the least bit worried...so happy that it's over with though. Now the waiting game begins....

I'm really jealous!! It's been a week now since my BGC was completed and I still haven't heard anything.
I read the report today on the HireRight website and apparently there was a discrepancy with my Job Title in my last job but everything else looks ok and I really don't think THAT would be that big of a deal.
If I don't hear anything on Monday I'm gonna call my recruiter

Yeah I would just follow up first thing Monday then - hopefully it gets worked out.

I got my offer letter today too! This will probably be one of my last posts leading up to paperwork session and training, but good luck to everyone who has applied and congrats to everyone who has gotten offers for Chat Training starting June 30th!

Excited for my interview on Monday, need guidance

Hello,

I have a 3rd interview on Monday and I don't know what to expect I had my first video chat interview last Monday and she seemed to like me and asked a lot of technical questions, and scenario questions and some role playing. The interview on Monday is with a Team Manager, anyone have experience with this? Can you tell me what to expect. I am excited for this opportunity I am just pretty nervous as well. How long do you find out you got the job after the final interview? :apple: Thanks for your time.

Sincerely,
Lauren

Advice

Hi! I just had my third interview on Friday and I wanted to send a follow up "thank you" email. How do I get a hold of the hiring manager or recruiter? All of my email communication has been through HireVue so I'm having trouble tracking that info down. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I am also curious what to expect. My 2nd interview went good, but I'm really nervous about this last one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Just be yourself! I was asked a few tech questions and a few customer service questions. Just remember to put the customer first and you will do just fine :)

How did your interview go on Friday? Have you heard back yet? Did they say when they'd get back to you by?

How do you feel your final interview went? What kinda questions were you asked? Did you study computer knowledge first? I come from a cellphone background so I am way more comfortable with that, but I am trying to know as much as possible. I look fwd to hearing from you.
