Hey everyone! First-timer here. I had my third interview on Thursday at 5:15p Central time. While I felt my first two interviews went swimmingly, I'm not so confident about the final one. I've been checking my email every five minutes waiting for that rejection letter, haha. I'm hoping the hiring manager was able to see a few good qualities in me. I'm aware I was supposed to focus on the customer service piece the most but I still might have dropped the ball.

Has anyone else who interviewed Thursday heard back already?

Waiting for a possible rejection letter, that is not any fun lol. But I applied Feb. 27th, and have still not even received a call...thats not fun either! But I know some pple got an offer call a couple days later, all the way to a week or 2, so dont give up hope. Good luck!

Congrats to all that are getting further in the process. You can easily drive yourself crazy checking email, waiting for your phone to ring, etc. I am so relieved to finally be starting in less than a week!

And anyone who thinks they did bad in an interview I think the managers give off false body language just to mess with people. I thought I did horrible in my 3rd interview...just hang in there! :)

Also, if you've applied on Apple's website, is there a way to see the status of your application? Will they update it? I have a few that say "edit" under the questionnaire section and I have 1 from the same day that has "view" under that section.

I'd like to know the answer to that too, if they update it at all. My application just says view...I dont know if it will say something else at any point, or if it should. Only have 2 on mine, both say view. One from Feb 27th and the other on the 5th of this month. No call or anything, im guessing they didnt like it :(

When you attached your resume did you also attach a cover letter? A few people have said they didn't have one but it seems an overwhelming majority of people had a cover letter along with their resume. Just an idea....

They didnt have an area to attach a cover letter, they had the ability to upload a resume then just a space to "Type" a cover letter.

Hmm I was thinking there was a "browse" option to attach the cover letter. If not, if you have one, I'd copy and paste it in that box. It seems to have made the difference for some people. Quiet a few pages back someone was getting a call or email at all and after adding the cover letter and I'm assuming reapplying they got the call.

I would HATE to be working today with the iTunes Store, Mac store, icloud, iBooks, all being down for all users!!

I bet they are getting slammed. I feel for my future co-workers!

They have a browse for the resume, and then another if you want to add another resume. And I did type the cover letter in the area they had.

I agree, I feel for all the pple that are working right now. Apple has had issues all morning long, it must be driving the workers crazy!

Question

Hello, I am new to this forum and I am hoping an AHA can help me. I was recently hired with a start date of 3/23, but I am confused on my internet speed. I thought I was told 5 mpbs download and 1 mpbs upload, I am great on the download but I cannot pass .70 on the upload. My question is how important/correct is the upload speed. I am so excited to be joining Apple. Thank you!
