I just wanted to check back in and let you all know I passed my three exams and am now officially employed! The exams are not easy even though they are open book, so get your research skills together and your ears cleaned! lol
 
Regarding the test. Couldn't you record all the classes video and audio. And make notes later on?
It seems you should be capable of doing so.
 
If I get called and get that far in the process. I will find some way of just recording everything and reviewing it taking good notes. I love everything digital no paper work I'm hoping thats how Apple is no paper at all. :D

Don't forget to google yourself as well. Be prepared to defend thyself if need be. I found that someone with my exact spelling name was arrested and is currently incarcerated in Mississippi for numerous charges including domestic and aggravated assault. Fortunately, we are both a different race. And no, I'm not starting a race topic. I always mark "other" on my applications.

I did a search for my name and the city i live in and a bunch of the old company stuff came up. I have no problem with someone Googleing (is that a word) me I have nothing to hide.

I was looking at apple care noticed they now do accidental coverage when did that start anyone know?

Yea same here, except I applied on the 15th. I really hope I get at least an interview. I know I can prove to them I'm worthy of the job if I get an interview
 
I'm sure that they are on a frenzy with getting techs to handle all the new call volume. With the new holidays and all. A friend of mine had an interview for the job they decline him due to his military background said he was over qualified. :( I have never been in the service so i'm good on that

As has been posted before, you definitely have to figure out how to research the information you need.

No, you can't record all the audio and video.

The best advice I can give is if you see something you think you might want to keep during the group sessions, screen shot them.

Also, Evernote will be your best friend.

I served 8 years in the armed forces, I also have a BA and 14 years of costumer support experience..... and they didn't think I was over qualify...if anything I was hoping it will help me to get the job...

Will google help pass the test? :confused:...I hope the lectures are not boring and lengthy
