congrats..and just do exactly as they say *i accept* ...lol

I got all my equipment today, really really hard to not set everything up :D I want to know what's in the gift box! I searched and found mention of it but not exactly what's in it. Guess I'll know Monday morning.

Ok, not sure what to do but I'm going to post this and maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

My wife applied for a student AHA job. She had her facetime interview and background check completed.

She received a phone call from a female Apple recruiter this past Tuesday afternoon but she was in class. She left her a voicemail with her number to call her back.

My wife called her twice on Tuesday after she got out of class, about 5 times yesterday and twice today. No answer and no call back. She has left 2 voicemails for her but she cannot get a call back to see what's going on.

Any ideas on how she can get a hold of her? Were in south Texas and the recruiter called from Austin.

My suggestion would be to have your wife follow up with her campus recruiter...for my school there is specific email contact. You might be able to do some googling to find that info. Or she could try emailing: wwrecruiting apple dot com.

Or just be patient. I'm in the same position as your wife and going on 23 days of my bgc being completed and I was told by my interviewer that I had the job...but I'm still waiting for the offer. I'm sure they'll reach out to her again soon with some info. Look on the bright side, they wouldn't be wasting time calling her to say she didn't get the job...

That kinda sticks because people will have to click the search button as opposed to automatically displaying the search results.

Mr. Mack... Congrats to you for coming up with such a cool tool to make
things so much easier for everyone. I applaud you for your ingenuity. The
reason so many of us always harped on the fact of doing research through
the threads is because 10 pages from this moment in time, somebody is
going to ask the same questions...what is empathy, what are the questions,
and what are the thoughts of Angry Gerbil. (That was really funny).

And someone will point them back to your cool tool. Which is great. But they
will get in class, prep for testing and not have a clue of what it is to
actually work having to search for answers. And if they actually make it
to the queue, bless their hearts when it's time to find answers.

But still, great job on a fantastic tool. The links all worked for me. I hope
folks take advantage of it.

Jaylynn...do you really want to know what's in the box?

OK...here it is for everyone......

It's a......

Surprise.

It's something that will let you know that you're not just working for
any old company. You're working for a company that appreciates their
employees.

Apple job

hey, so I applied for the Apple at home advisor job and I completed the online section and did my interview. so did my friend. Now the next day she got an email for a background check from hireright in her email the next day and I havent... is that sign for me to just apply for another job soon then ? since it takes like 2-3 weeks to get noticed, might as well find another job.

hey all...

I had a question for anyone who has gone through the hiring process for the AHA.

I made it through all the interviews and received lots of positive feedback and also went through the hireright background check, and just received a rejection letter via email, but it was not from my original recruiter, nor anyone else who I spoke with during my hiring process.

I did apply for 3 separate positions at apple, and I am wondering if this is just a rejection letter for one of the other positions, or I should assume that it was for the AHA position.

Has anyone received a rejection email from someone you have not spoken/emailed with during the hiring process?

kinda taken back that I made it this far to be given a simple rejection letter.

Have you logged into the Hireright website to see if your BC has processed I was able to view the report and see what might be in there

I don't mean to be a downer but they normally don't send rejection letters b4 initial contact so just because you applied for multiple positions doesn't mean you were considered for all three. But. To be on the safe side I would reach out to your recruiter. I would consider this a very valid concern.
